Such a little slice of paradise. We didn't want to leave. Being literal steps to the lake is amazing. Hearing the waves at night and the sound of the crickets, frogs and birds was so peaceful. Not to mention the stars at night shine so bright and the view is outstanding!!! The upstairs windows that open up completely are something out of a fairytale. Waking up to the views of the volcanos were something we could certainly get used to. The patio and the surrounding garden spaces were so lovely! You just see butterflies and birds all day. Really surrounded by nature. The ammenities that are offered such as the kayaks and the fire pit made for an extra special and memorable stay. The Tuk Tuk driver, Juan was really friendly and helpful. We'd 100% recommend him to get in and out of town. David and his group of co-hosts were helpful and responsive to any of our questions! The only thing that's difficult is the hill getting up and down with our bags but we managed and it's worth it. :)

Wow, where do I begin!?! We had such an amazing stay at Jean’s place. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jean had her staff meet us at the private dock and help us with our backpacks (there are a lot of steps and we weren’t used to the altitude, so that was a lifesaver). The views of the lake were phenomenal, and we really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee down at the lake and watching the sunrise. The terrace is great for views, lounging and birdwatching. Jean was very helpful and arranged for a driver to our next stop when the unusually high winds made traveling by boat a no-go. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for the amazing hospitality, Jean!

We had the most magical stay at Leslie’s house in San Marcos La Laguna! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the main dock and the heart of town, with shops, restaurants, and all the local happenings within easy walking distance. It’s also a short stroll to the nature reserve, where we had the unforgettable experience of jumping off rocks into the pristine waters of Lake Atitlán. The house itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes. Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and beauty. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality of the caretaker, Mariano, and his wife, Petrona. They prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and kept the house immaculate. Leslie went above and beyond to organize a cacao ceremony, which was a transformative experience, and even arranged for a fantastic cook to prepare

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

The place is amazing! It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The views from the terrace are beautiful. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. It’s a great getaway. We stayed at the Wenche house which is a the top. Please be aware that to get to the house there’s a lot of walking and climbing of stairs. We had a great time.

It was a very nice stay. The host was always responsive and gave us all the required information. The house is very nice and clean and has a great lake view. After parking your car, you must go down a long stairway to get to the house, which is typical in Atitlan. The host had organized people to help us with our luggage 🙌🏻
