The apartment is exactly as described. Clean, wonderful location and super brand new and tidy. One of the high points of the site are the receptionists/porters who are of little attention and sympathy. They were always attentive to our entry and exit, always willing to help and always with a smile on their face. They super facilitated our check in because they were agile.

We are enchanted by the neighborhood of Pajuçara, as well as wide streets, beautiful shops, all close and accessible ! The apartment is very new , organized and clean ! Aconchegante , we feel at home , the neighborhood of the building very much requests . Beautiful building pool🤩. My first time on Airbnb and it will always be my picks going forward ! Sérgio is an excellent host 🙏🏾

Super indico, from the accommodations that we have already met this App, the property of SRA Ximenes was undoubtedly the best of all, for Sympathy and attention and respond to us when we seek it, for the impeccable space everything very clean with all the necessary utensils, super safe very quiet, the employees all super attentive, and by the place the view of the Pool with simply SPECTACULAR infinity... Surely being in Alagoas again this is where we are going to host... UM THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WHAT SRA HAS PROVIDED FOR MY FAMILY... FORTE ABRAÇO AND SEE YOU SOON...

The experience was very satisfying. José is a great host and was fully available to resolve any situation that was possible. We stayed well accommodated, the flat is very complete, it met all our expectations and the best, exactly in front of the beach of Pajuçara. Cozy rooms, super polite and attentive building staff.

The accommodation in Viviane's apartment was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the photos: everything new, very well located and super cozy. Viviane is an exceptional host, always attentive and concerned with making sure everything was perfect for our stay. I recommend 100% and we will definitely return!
