Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

The experience at La Casa Dei Nonni was exceptional. First of all we had a difficult time leaving Rome and were much later than expected, not only was Giovanni helpful but also very understanding and happy to meet us regardless of the hour. Giovanni was always there to answer questions. The space was perfect for us and was so peaceful at night. The location was the perfect mix of rural and still very close to town to walk around and eat pastries. We could not be happier with our stay and we will be returning I hope soon

We only stayed for two nights and had a very good time. Susanne is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. He also made us find things in the kitchen. The only downside is that it doesn't take the network, but there's wifi available in the house, which always worked except for one night.

Very nice accommodation with stylish decor and well equiped kitchen. The bathroom was big and lovely. Constsnce had written down very good tips on both restaurants, shops, and places to visit. The village of Pacentro is very nice and genuine and is very well located for exploring Abruzzio. We'd love to come back!

A lovely house in a quiet and beautiful location. The roads to drive up to the house are in good condition also. The house itself has a very nice and modern interior and the amenities that come with are great. We had an amazing time here and I do truly recommend this place if you’re thinking about coming to the abruzzo area, especially if you love nature!

Being at Giorgio's house is like being at home, but with the possibility of a breathtaking view and a fireplace that would warm all hearts. Giorgio is an impeccable and super helpful host. We will definitely stay again.

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! Thanks Leondina :)
