House vacation rentals in Labu

I had a lovely stay overall at this Airbnb. The space was comfortable, well-located, and provided a relaxing environment. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. However, I feel it would be even better if a few basic amenities like sugar, salt, and other kitchen essentials were provided to make the stay more convenient. Also, the pool water could use some attention, as it wasn’t as clean as expected. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would love to return!

Everyhing in the house is perfect. Very big house, comfortable for max 10 people. All rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen also complete with all the things you need. Just one thing, the have cctvs at the pool area and outside sink (to wash dishes). For those wearing hijab might be uncomfortable being around the area. You need to wear complete hijab to swim in the pool and to wash dishes outside. I feel like no privacy. But its really understandable because they need to have some security if anything happen. Other than these, i love everything inside the house. I will definitely come again because my nephews and niece really love the pool. The host also very friendly and helpful. They give us to check in 1 hour early on request. Thank you so much!

I swear it's best , the soft pillow mattress is comfortable , the view is beautiful . Unsatisfied a day there's time to repeat again

Our stay was cut short due to a access card issue from management's side, but the host was very responsive and tried her best to assist us. She also allowed us to stay beyond the checkout hours so that we could transit to our next accommodation . Otherwise , it was a great stay . Very convenient .

We had a fantastic stay! Space & Cleanliness: The home was incredibly large and spotlessly clean. Pool: The private pool was a huge hit, especially with the adorable unicorn floaties! Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything our large family needed for cooking. Living Area: The living room was spacious and comfortable. Host: The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive to all our needs. We were amazed and would definitely stay again.

Very private and safe. Fawwaz and Mod Nor made sure we are happy and comfortable during our one month long stay which we really appreciated :) We were only irritated by the loud neighbors who also always parked in front of our place which was inconvenient when we had guests over. The other thing is, service through third parties! We needed the stove gas refilled so Mod Nor sent someone ASAP but the person who came asked for payment as he had no idea we weren't the ones paying. We didn't have cash and he couldn't speak english :(. It was an uncomfortable situation that could've easily been avoided with clear communication. Another time was when we asked if they offered cleaning services and the answer was yes. However, we were sent a bill the day after and had we known it would cost 250 RM, we wouldn't have booked the service (we chose to buy a vacuum day 1 because it wasn't provided and we have a messy toddler lol) Overall, loved the stay. Would recommend and would come back again.

Check in was smooth with easy instruction and the host was very responsive. The place is clean and has all the basic necessities for our short one night stay. The host was also kind enough to send us extra pillows once we settled in. Overall, will surely be back again if we’re back in Kajang!

The house is spacious with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it perfect for a group of up to 10 people. We enjoyed the pool table, BBQ pit, and swimming pool (about 4 feet deep), which provided plenty of entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with a variety of utensils and appliances, and there's even a washing machine for convenience. Easy to access and a great location overall. Will definitely come back!

Boon Tien's place deserves a 5-star for all these reasons: 1. Super friendly host - responsive & humble. 2. Very spacious & comfortable for my family of 10. Best of all, every room comes with attached bathroom. 3. Quiet location & very accessible to shops & restaurants nearby. 4. Ameneties are sufficient. 5. Great entertainment for both adults & kids to keep everyone occupied, no one wants to leave the house! 6. Nice furnitures, bed linens & towels (except for a few wobbly dining chairs, but ample of plastic chairs provided). 7. Strong water pressure throughout the house. Room for improvements: 1. Minor leaking on the bathroom ceiling downstairs. 2. Kitchen area, fans & aircond units all function well, but just need better cleaning. 3. Would be great if every bedroom has a fan too instead of just AC. All in all, value for money since we all enjoy the stay & hope to be back again. Thank you, Boon Tien for hosting us!

The place is absolutely same as the photos , can fit up to 15 pax and recommended for big groups . Worth for the price .
