Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Labenne

Our first time in St Jean. We chose very well with this Airbnb. Close to local shops for essentials and also close to the No 3 bus stop into St Jean ( 2 stops away) The accommodation is immaculate in all respects and there is a lovely swimming pool available. Michele and Hugo are delightful hosts and available without being intrusive. There is a nice walk up the hill to the Jardin Botanique -well worth a visit. Good walkers could make their way to the St Jean promenade this way. A short walk down the hill gets you to the local shops and the No3 bus - this will take you into St Jean or onto Hendaye where you can pick up the train to St Sebastian. The bus company do a very good deal - bus and train to St Sebastian and return for 6 euros. If you take the No 3 bus in the other direction you get to Bayonne ( ham and chocolate ) about an hour but only 1.30 euros ! The market in St Jean ( la Halle) is superb for food and drink.

The accommodation is as described...the great plus is the very well appointed exterior. Otherwise all the necessities are present which is very pleasant upon arrival. Philippe is very friendly and discreet .

This stay at Frédérique's was lovely. The house is really very comfortable, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and with lots of ideas. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the thalassotherapy center and not needing a vehicle to go for beautiful walks. And above all, Frédérique and Jean François are very welcoming and friendly. We thank them warmly.

What a view 🥰 We really enjoyed our stay in Biarritz and what a pleasure to be in this apartment overlooking the sea! It felt like you were on a cruise. The location is ideal for discovering Biarritz on foot and the amenities are complete.

We had a really nice family holiday at Annie's place. The house and town are perfect for hiking in the area and short day trips to e.g. San Sebastian and to the sea. We've enjoyed it a lot.

nice accommodation, we had a great holiday . However we would have appreciated it if the floor was better sucked up because a lot of sand remaining from previous guests and the fridge was not clean properly . It remains small details but we still pay a service, so the details still count. We recommend it anyway and if the opportunity arises one day , we will not hesitate to come back . thank you for a pleasant stay.

House in the middle of the forest. Very nice decoration and painting from the owner. Very well-equipped house, in the middle of a very large garden, outdoor shower, trampoline, many tables and chairs to be outside and very nice living room. Good bedding, functional kitchen. For those looking for calm, an experience in the middle of the forest, this house is perfect.

We had a great time in your family home where we immediately felt at home. Everything is functional, clean and convenient. The location is ideal, close to the center of Hossegor, the lake and the ocean, while being quiet. Great communication with Geneviève and perfect hosting by Stéphanie.

Laurent is responsive and his information is clear. The house is old, comfortable but cold upon arrival. You can hear the noise of traffic in bedroom 2 especially since a sewer is right in front of the window. It should also be noted that there is no electric car charging station as indicated in the list of amenities at the time of our reservation. But there is a public kiosk on a parking lot a few minutes walk from the house.

We had a great 2-night stay at this place. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the cleanliness of the premises and the comfort of the amenities. The place is quiet, ideal to relax and enjoy the area. The location is convenient for exploring the Landes. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back!

We had a great time in the apartment. There were two of us and there was more than enough room for us. The kitchen is superbly equipped, everything you need is available. The location is quiet and about 2 km from Moliets Plage, so it is worth having a bike or car to get around. Anouk was always friendly and responsive for questions - thank you for that :-)

This was our third visit. The accommodation is always clean and the beds are comfortable. It is walking distance to a bakery, a bar and supermarket, however is really private. The fresh flowers were lovely and the bottle of milk and fresh juice in the fridge were much appreciated as we always arrive after the shops close due to the distances we travel. Highly recommend.

We were very warmly welcomed by Bruno and Karin. Karin was able to give us some good excursion tips. In the house there is everything, even two older bicycles for small excursions. The pool was very nice and also warm. The whole house is very nice and friendly. We were 2 families and felt very comfortable there. A good starting point for a beach and surfer vacation. But it's also not that far to San Sebastian or Bayonne.

Thanks to Clara for her availability and valuable explanations. The apartment is perfect, modern and spacious, functional and very well located. Access to the Great Beach is direct, which is really a plus! Another plus: surfboards and bodyboards available. Just a detail: the apartment overlooks a fairly noisy boulevard - plan to sleep window closed! Apart from that, our stay was perfect and we recommend this address 100%

We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Very nice postcard view. Chantal welcomed us personally in a very friendly way. The apartment has everything you need. Even in the high season you can always find a good parking space somewhere, usually also in front of the building.

Our stay at Benjamin’s was extremely comfortable, in a quiet residential area close to the beautiful town of Capbreton and near to the beaches. The pool area was a real bonus, the whole complex is well looked after and safe. A great place for families. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great stay! very good hospitality, everything was done to accommodate us! on arrival a lovely basket filled with treats for us and our dog. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the apartment! The underground parking space allows you to park a car and bicycles thanks to a secure system. The apartment is very well-equipped, there is everything you need to enjoy this beautiful region!
