Vacation rentals with a patio in La Punta, Quatre Carreres

The two bedroom flat was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the Kitchen and Dining room space, I would love to come back someday.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Communication with Rebecca in advance was very good. The journey was worth it. We were so warmly welcomed and the tip for the way into the city came the very next morning. Valencia is really worth a trip and to the Las Fallas anyway. It is really highly recommended. The apartment is very quiet after the events, a real treasure.

What a great place. Ruzafa is a wonderful neighborhood, and the flat is perfectly situated. Super easy to walk to things like the cathedral/old town, the two big markets (Colon and Central) and so much more. Fallas festival was in full swing and Ruzafa is sort of the epicenter for that. So the neighborhood was not quiet (check calendars if this sort of thing bothers you) what with all the firecrackers, but with the metal shades drawn we slept quite well! The apartment is super comfortable, everything works well, the instructions are all super clear. Abel was super easy to communicate with and check in and check out were super easy. Folk have mentioned that it's a climb up the stairs to get there, and that's true, but it was not a problem at all. We'd go back.

Lovely apartment in an amazing area. Clean and really comfortable, cosy enough to stay in on a cold afternoon. The area was amazing and the apartment was ideally situated for .. absolutely everything. Wonderful neighbourhood, we had an amazing stay in every way. Thank you very much indeed!

We stayed for 3 nights and felt like at home. Everything was nice and clean, very very spacious and i recommend to everyone! We will definitely come back ! 😊😊

Everything was excellent, the apartment was just as shown in the photos, everything was very clean. He left us everything we needed for our stay, not only the obvious things like cutlery and plates, but also supplies such as paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, detergent, towels, etc. His service was always very kind, before arriving, during and after. The place was perfect, as we were close to the center and many places of interest. No complaints, I would definitely come back👌.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Very clean and wonderfully within walking distance of Valencia Airport.

Myself, my husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great family trip to Valencia with Nuria’s place being the perfect base. We visited the Bioparc, oceanographic, science museum, Gulliver’s park, old town and used the tourist bus! Not forgetting the beach every day! The accommodation was all that we needed for our quiet evenings as we were out the rest of the time. We all slept upstairs which was fine but older children/adults probably would prefer the proper bed downstairs rather than the sofa bed in the hallway.

Very happy with the service and the house, everything was great and just what we were looking for. If we return to the area, we will definitely choose this house again.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

The house was a nice base for our Fallas vacation. Alexandra is very easy to approach and thinks along with you very nicely😉. We'd love to come back!

We were in Valencia for the Fallas. The city is splendid, the entertainment for the fallas is magnificent. The locals are very friendly, very easy to talk to, in short: pure pleasure! But the best part is Ariadna's house, it's even better than in the photos! It's original and very nice, it feels really good. The rooms are large (excellent bedding), plenty of storage, the 2 bathrooms are very practical and pleasant, the kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing, the living room is very comfortable. The patio is beautiful (if you have children it's great!) We park the car right next door, the metro + bus are a 3-minute walk away and take you 5 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the sea, so no need to move the car Ariadna was really fantastic in preparing our stay: thank you again Ariadna! As we were unable to visit everything, we will definitely be back. I recommend 200%, you can go there with your eyes closed.

The place is ideal, only 5 blocks from the beach and very well connected to downtown. Cabañal has very nice casitas and architecture an area that you should also walk on your visit to Valencia. It has a supermarket a block away and different bus stops 1 block or 2 in dependence on where you want to go. Enrique the host is very friendly always attentive to what we might need. The apt very good and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Spacious bathroom, kitchen with everything, very comfortable bed and top quality comforters the sofa bed very comfortable too. we really liked it and would come back.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We spent a fabulous family weekend at Victoria's apartment. Both the common facilities and the apartment are ideal for taking a few days of relaxation and rest ( the pool 🏊‍♂️ is on the floor of the apartment) Great for families 👨‍👨‍👦 or couples 👨‍❤️‍👨 looking to disconnect. All very spacious, clean and tidy. They take care of all the details 🔟 The beach🌊 and walk 50 steps away. ♥️♥️♥️WE'LL BE BACK♥️♥️ ♥️

The apartment was amazing. Modern twist in the old town. The only negative would be the tight staircase going up to the room but that’s about it. Very central location and easy walking distance to most places.

The apartment was exactly as described. Very modern, nice and comfortable apartment. Very close to the city of science and the Russafa neighborhood. Quite close to downtown but still in a perfect location for the Las Fallas period. Very satisfied.

Patri was such an A+ host. She communicated days before we arrived, and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. She met us in person to give us a tour of her place, and provided some little touches, like a basket of fruit and vegetables, and some other goodies. She also gave us some good ideas on Fallas celebrations in the areas, and was very responsive for a couple of questions I had during the stay. Gracias Patri! :)

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!
