Beachfront vacation rentals in La Paz County

Was just how it was listed! Everything was super clean and items were in “like new” condition. It was nice having a vacuum cleaner and broom to keep the place feeling clean while we were there for almost a week. Outdoor furniture was nice and comfy and the views were amazing! The house practically came with everything necessary! We had a lovely stay and would love to return!

The Arizona Oasis Park is a lovely facility. It feels very secure and everything is well maintained. The home was well furnished. everything was easy to find and well organized. The host provided a binder with all the items in the rental so that checkout was very easy to double check the list and reorganize. The only complaint I could have would be that the internet connection was strong, but slow, so that made it a little bit difficult for me to do remote work on my laptop. When back in town I would definitely like to rebook. This place is an excellent value, especially for being pet friendly.

The little cottage is exactly as described and photographed. My husband and I selected this cabin during a visit to a rock and mineral show in Quartzite. This was the best choice for us given the very limited number of options in this area of the desert. The cabin is in an RV resort however it is on the periphery of the property directly facing the Colorado river, which gives it a feeling of seclusion that we appreciated. The front porch is a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy snacks or a glass of wine while taking in the pretty river views.

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

Home was lovely and extra comfortable having the casita to provide more space. Everything was as described and loved having the ramp right next to us! Water directly in front is too rocky to beach boat but still made for the most relaxing mornings and evenings to hang out!

Great stay as usual. We have been coming here for several years now and it’s always a pleasure. Mike is a great guy and very easy to work with. Great place, can’t go wrong for a clean, quiet place at the river.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The location is absolutely phenomenal, with stunning views and easy access to the river. The private deck, dock, and beach were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty. The host went above and beyond, not only in being super responsive and gracious throughout my stay but also in returning some items I accidentally left behind. I left feeling grateful for time spent enjoying the surrounding as well as for their level of care and attention. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful and memorable getaway! Your water dog will love it just as much!

Great place in north Parker! Plenty of space in front of the garage and on the side to park boat or trailer with truck. Real nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

All I can say is, wow! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The Oasis is beautiful, I had a view and beach right out my front door. The area was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. I loved all of the dogs and cats running around. The house itself was perfect for what I needed. Anyone staying in the loft needs to understand it’s a low ceiling loft. This was very clean and comfortable. I loved this place enough that 1, this is my new spot to stay for my annual visit to quartzite, and 2, I may buy one of these spots! The only downside: host not super quick to respond, have to be super careful on steps to loft as tac strips will get your feet. Other than that, perfect.

This home was beautiful and functional in a great location. It was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all the basics - coffee supplies were greatly appreciated! I also appreciated the dog friendly park and beach. I wish we’d had more time to just hang out at the house! Only issue was the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty which we didn’t discover until too late before departure. (Short stay). There really wasn’t time to notify anyone so I’ll just knock one star off cleanliness because I’m sure they would have corrected it if we had been there longer. Irritating though given the high cleaning fees - better service is expected on basic things like that. Aside from that it really was a wonderful place to stay.

Theresia's place was Beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The kitchen and bar area was amazing. Looking out at the river from the back patio was very relaxing. We will definitely look at booking with her again when we are headed back that way.

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

Fabulous place to stay. This place is just as described. Beautiful and private location. Mel is friendly, quick to respond, gracious, and deserving of the super host title. We will gladly stay here again.
