As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Great apartment in San Isidro. Very good location in a safe and quiet area. A short walk to supermarkets and restaurants on Av. 2 de Mayo in Lince and a few minutes walking or uber from restaurants in S. Isidro. The olive grove park 10 min walk away fills your lungs with fresh air. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Extremely quiet and with black out curtains that make it easy to get in full rest. Cleaning 2 days a week makes it easy to use time when you're for work or holidays. To put an area for improvement, to say that it does not have any Netflix-like platform preconfigured on the TVs, so you have to set your own (assuming you have).

Very nice space,we felt right at home, the place totally matches the photos, during our stay we appreciated beautiful sunsets, the apartment is very close to the airport and the main roads of Lima and is located in a very quiet residential area.

Álvaro is a professional and everything is structured with a fantastic system that allows the guest to feel confident in the system he presents , very attentive and would recommend it to everyone .

The apartment was impeccable, comfortable, clean, a quiet and safe area, the host always attentive, there was everything essential for cooking and cleaning in addition to the washing area, the only thing I can limit is the room where the bunk is there is a window that is from end to end where at dawn all the light of the day could be corrected with curtains but the rest everything impeccable and excellent attention, surely come back.

The space is beautifully designed, combining comfort and style perfectly. The layout is spacious, with ample natural light flooding in through the large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay feel like a luxurious getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to whip up meals with ease, while the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bedroom offered a serene retreat with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. In addition to the stunning interior, the location was unbeatable. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, I had easy access to local shops, restaurants, and parks. Note: The host was nicely, respectful and incredibly since the first time.
