Vacation rentals with breakfast in La Milesse

Listing as described. Spacious bedroom and shower. Clean rental. Meggie is a welcoming person and listens to guests. Very good advice for the restaurant. Booking for the 24 hours of Le Mans trucks with my 2 big boys, the accommodation perfectly matched what we wanted for our weekend.

Martine and Philippe are great hosts! Kind, helpful, welcoming... In short, I felt at home with them! I loved my stay.

Cedric is a welcoming host who leaves a lot of autonomy for his visitors. The house is so clean and tidy. It is ideally located less than a quarter of an hour from Le Mans in a very quiet area.

Very welcoming, caring and very friendly hosts. Tastefully decorated and decorated home. Listening to our and our children's needs: we will only be able to recommend this place. We will come back without hesitation!

A perfect stay at Brigitte's place. We were upgraded as soon as we arrived, receiving a room with individual sanitary facilities. Everything was new, very well kept and very clean++. Brigitte is extremely kind, smiling, welcoming and accommodating (even if we arrived very late at night and made a little noise🫣). We were spoiled by a great homemade breakfast. Little time at Brigitte's place has been wonderful, we highly recommend it and will be happy to come back. Thanks again, thank youagain!!

Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Very nice stay. I'm glad I found this place. Affordable price, close to sightseeing, restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. In addition, William goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. It even offers breakfast!

My husband, our two adult daughters and I spent a very comfortable stay during the Le Mans Classique. The location was convenient to the tram for the event and a very short walk to the Cathedral and Medieval town. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and boulangerie within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking complete meals, the beds were comfortable and clean. We loved having meals and drinks on the balcony. I highly recommend a stay!

Very pleasant short stay! The Host was responsive and understandable when I arrived. The place was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy. The neighborhood is quiet and 5 min drive to downtown. Would always be happy to come back 👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at the Chateau. Fady was a kind and generous host who communicated very well and was very flexible when we got delayed on the way back. The Chateau was beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool and garden. We also had a delicious dinner whilst staying there. Thanks so much Fady and family, we look forward to coming to stay again.

Laurent and Nathalie are very welcoming. A very good conviviality. The bedroom was very nice and very clean, the bathroom too, the bedding very comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Cyril and Gaëlle's: the house is lovely and friendly. The welcome is warm. Everything is planned for a pleasant stay: a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bedroom, a spacious bathroom. Cyril is available and did us a favor . Homemade breakfast is great. The tram is 5 min. away. Recommended ++

Nicole's house is warm and spacious, the space reserved for tenants is very well thought out, separate and very quiet;) the proximity to the Le Mans circuit, the castle of Grand Lucé and the forest of Berce is ideal And what a pleasure to enjoy the local pastries in the early morning Thank you Nicole for your very friendly welcome;))) Maria

The photos don’t do this place justice - the pool is wonderful, with an incredible view over the town. The family were welcoming, the breakfast delicious and our kids loved the friendly, fluffy cats.

Marie Christine and her husband are lovely people. They were kind enough to wait for us when we arrived late this Friday for the weekend of the 24h trucks with our passionate son. Pleasant stay.
