The office and cleaning staff were great. Pleasant, assisted us with things we needed and was able to translate and communicate with us well. The security did a good job as well they were aware of the surroundings and was able to communicate with them as well. I personally got into a disagreement with the owner where I did not like how some things transpired. The area may look rough, but the locals are generous and harmless. Be careful booking a taxi because they will up charge since you may be a foreigner.

Everything was even better than expected. Great host, great place.

The house is near the Capitol. Very central. It is comfortable and at night it sleeps well and noises. It is as shown in the pictures in the listing. Tamara and sibling are always there to greet you in whatever they can. The girl who does the cleaning, Indira, apart from having the house very clean, it helps you a lot too. She has you prepared water in the fridge and other food and the day you arrive it suits you very well. If you want to spend a few days in the heart of the city, this house is highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in a classical house, renovated with taste. Orialis was friendly and very helpful, including being flexible with check in hours and helping us arrange for a driver to pick us up when our flight got delayed over 6 hours. Everything in the apartment is as described.

It's a great place to visit, you feel safe and easy to get to, everything was in good condition and the people in charge were very friendly throughout the stay, with recommendations and care for the time of the stay

what an absolutely blessing of a gem to find in Old Havana. we wanted a 5 star, private, luxurious, warm and welcoming Old Havana experience and that’s exactly what we received. Issy and staff went epically above and beyond from the moment we made the reservation to when we left the property. the airport pickup in an Old American car was absolutely legendary and Issy completely spoilt us with a tailored experience we will never forget. we will be returning with our friends very soon. Fantastic house for entertaining, the pool was a nice touch, along with having someone cook breakfast and stock the fridge. I highly recommend and will be back next year.

We had never been to Cuba and had not known what to expect. The Airbnb was tastefully designed and the outdoor areas were especially beautiful! Bring a backup snack for breakfast. Yusnier was very helpful with all of our questions and needs.

Yanet was very helpful, if you need anything just ask her and she will help you. The room is small but for me it was just for sleeping so it wasn't a problem. I don't have any complaints 😁

Ivis place is the place ti stay in Habana. Walkable distance between Havana Vieja and El Veda’s with the Malecón steps away. You really feel you are living in Havana staying and the Centre where regular Cubans go about their lives. There’s a few restaurant options and night venues not far away. The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN and it has all amenities for you to cook if needed. There was even salt and oil there as well as shower gel on the bathroom. Ivis allowed me to check in VERY early- 6 hours ahead checking time which I deeply appreciated and was always responsive and at reach. She has a very friendly and amicable manner as I’m discovering is common about Cubans. Will definitely come back. Price is great too for what it offers.

The place is in a good location and inside is great, more than enough for what one needs as a traveler. Apart from that, Marlene is a very decisive woman and always gives solutions to what is presented or what one needs. I don't think there's a better choice!

The apartment is located in the heart of Vedado, the best area in Havana. Very central: you can walk everywhere and the environment is also very nice and pleasant; and at the same time a safe and quiet place. Close to restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, shops, centers of historical and cultural interest, and the Havana seawall. The apartment is well equipped with wifi internet connection, kitchen, washing machine, air attached, TV Smart TV Full HD TV with satellite channels, Netflix, Youtube, etc... And what to say about Giraldo, a real super host. Very nice and prompt to collaborate, explained useful questions, suggested the best places and attractions despite the short time I was, you can even make transfers with your car in the city, and to or from the airport. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and will definitely be back soon!

A great option for 1-2 people in Havana. The guesthouse is small, but clean and comfortable. Natalia is a very kind and caring person, and is also a very good cook!

Great location, very nice and big apartment. Very communicative host - gave valuable tips about the neighborhood; allowed us to use the place before the check-in time. I RECOMMEND!
