The office and cleaning staff were great. Pleasant, assisted us with things we needed and was able to translate and communicate with us well. The security did a good job as well they were aware of the surroundings and was able to communicate with them as well. I personally got into a disagreement with the owner where I did not like how some things transpired. The area may look rough, but the locals are generous and harmless. Be careful booking a taxi because they will up charge since you may be a foreigner.

Ramon speaks English. Communication with him is very smooth. He sent a cab to give me a ride from the airport to the apartment, helped me with currency exchange and cigar purchase. You can consider Ramon as your local guide specifically if it's your first time in the Cuba/Havana. The apartment looks the same as the pictures, clean and well equipped. Located in the city center five minutes ride from the touristic area and Vedado. There is no WiFi in the apartment. Ramon can give you a SIM card so you can stay connected. Highly recommended.

The place is as seen in the photos, the area is central, with restaurants around, very safe and quiet. The house is very well equipped and the touch of being a colonial house is a great luxury. It's a great success in Cuba, I would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. Only downside is that its far from downtown,so if you want to visit downtown often expect taxi fees

One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized excursions arranged by Yuni. Her extensive knowledge of Havana and its surroundings allowed us to experience the city in a way that we never could have on our own. From exploring historic landmarks to indulging in delicious local cuisine, every moment was unforgettable. We had never been to Cuba and had not known what to expect. The Airbnb was tastefully designed and the outdoor areas were especially beautiful! Bring a backup snack for breakfast. Yusnier was very helpful with all of our questions and needs.
