Very good and nice stay, hostess a very nice apartment, excellent location steps from downtown and beach, excellent facilities. The only thing as a detail is that the TV system does not work in a good way, the application used is not good. Jaime is a great host, very attentive and recommending things to do. The apartment was impeccable, very cozy, good wifi quality, everything in excellent condition, I recommend it 100%. The view is very good from the balcony to the beach and pool.

We spent four days at Cristian's place and it was amazing. All super clean, comfortable and cozy. With everything you need for a good stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, so we didn't even think about using the car. Cristian is an excellent host, always attentive and super friendly, willing to help with whatever you need. You can tell he really cares about his guests. I recommend it 100% !

Quiet and safe place, with all the comforts for a family with small children, well equipped kitchen and good TVs with Directv and WiFi for after the beach, which is two blocks away (very close). The quality of the beds and furniture in the living room stands out, very comfortable, everything turned out perfect, we will be back.

We loved our stay in Joaquin's elegant place. As a couple with a young girl, it felt both spacious and private. We enjoyed the big wooden table to eat and play and having two bathrooms were very practical, the beds were also extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equiped. Like others mentioned in their review, we really enjoyed being at walking distance from the beach and supermarkets and not having to take the car at all. We felt very happy with our stay and would have stayed longer if we could !! :)

It is located in a quieter area of Maitencillo, perfect for a relaxing beach holidays. Adrián is super friendly and attentive, he was always prompt to reply our inquiries.

The host Maria Alejandra was very attentive and close, she always responded to our questions. The house is very nice, spacious, tidy, a beautiful sea view, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Only as a recommendation, improve the quality of the mattresses of 1 plaza beds and pillows in general. Everything else, excellent.
