Places to stay in La Jolla, San Diego

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The place was spotless, with very comfortable beds that made for great sleep. The kitchen was stocked with the basics like oil, salt, pepper, a coffee machine, and cleaning supplies, which was super useful. The mattress was especially comfortable, and the patio was a fantastic space to relax. The washer was also in great condition and very convenient. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Marty was an awesome host. He was very responsive and gave us awesome suggestions about local events. He was very approachable where we had awesome conversations. He is an artist with his space. He helped me with my car troubles and gave beautiful suggestions. He likes feedback about his Airbnb. I would recommend his place and would like to stay at his place when we are back in the area. We had an incredible stay at Meghan’s and definitely want to come back! She had everything we needed for our little one - pack n play, baby bathtub, toys, etc. The location is great, only a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed several sunsets and close to several restaurants and markets/stores. Highly highly recommend this Airbnb for a trip to La Jolla!

This was our 2nd visit to Mark's place, and just like last time, we had an absolutely wonderful stay! From start to finish, Mark and his family make everything easy, comfortable, and peaceful. Super easy check-in, spotlessly clean house, a private fenced patio and bbq (new since last year), all the beach gear you could need (toys, wagon, SUPs, surfboards, beach towels, chairs, beach blankets, bikes). Mark even dug out wet suits in our sizes because the January water was pretty cold for swimming. When we had questions, Mark always answered right away. It was amazing having the washer and dryer (and even laundry soap was provided) so we didn't have to pack a full week's worth of clothes. The shower has hot water and great pressure. The beds, especially the king-size bed, are really comfortable, so we got great nights' sleeps. family. Less than a block to the bay, 5 minute walk to the ocean, and 5 minute walk to great Mexican food and coffee shops. Thanks for another perfect vacation!

Here’s a review yFantastic Stay! This was a fantastic place to stay, offering great convenience and value for money. It’s close to must-visit attractions like SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, USS Midway, and many more. The property is fully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. Having a washer and dryer was such a plus, especially at such a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic time! Great location right by the beach with shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Katrina was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Our Chevy trailblazer fit but it was a tight squeeze. The bikes were rusty so I couldn’t just the seat to be able to ride it but for taller people it should be fine. The bed is comfy. The street noise isn’t too bad with the fan on. We walked to mission beach every evening to watch the sunset.
