We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joel are charming and very welcoming. A property to keep in mind.

We had a pleasant stay, impeccable accommodation, shops and beach nearby (15 min walk). Super responsive host and accommodating for check-in and checkout times. We'll keep the address for a future visit!

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

very nice spacious and quiet house with a large living room and a profusion of games and toys for children of all ages from young to teenagers (for us it was 2 to 16 years old) . We had a great stay. we apologize for not emptying the garbage cans ,but the municipal containers were overflowing. We'll be happy to go back!

Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Charming apartment in the vicinity of downtown La Rochelle. Xavier was more than responsive and very professional in organizing our stay. A place full of charm!

If you want to be in La Flotte, you won't find a better location! It's a studio with a bed on the mezzanine but it is much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great value for money - I would stay there again.

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

Our stay at Marie Reine's went very well. Her apartment is very well arranged in decor and equipment. Very comfortable for us, free parking nearby in winter. Well located near the city center of St Martin en Ré. I recommend it.

We had a great time in La Rochelle. The apartment is very well located, very close to the Old Port and in a rather quiet area, not to mention the reserved parking space which is really appreciated. The interior is functional and matches the listing description, it feels good. I highly recommend it!

Really spacious apartment, very well equipped and with an ideal location to discover La Rochelle and its surroundings. We were also very well hosted by Virginia. Noted the very high responsiveness of hosts following a microwave outage that was replaced in the process. This responsiveness was very appreciated

Apartment, very clean, peaceful and very conveniently located for the basics. Everything is very easy to access by public transport to go to the center of La Rochelle. The location with direct beach access is very convenient with small children.

Our stay in this accommodation was very pleasant, at this time we found peace and quiet. Regarding the studio, it is ideal for 2 people, the terrace is sunny for a good part of the day and is a real asset. We would recommend this listing.

Easy to access and ideally located to visit La Rochelle peacefully, everything is done on foot and it's pleasant. The accommodation is well equipped with dishes as well as linens and has a pleasant balcony in the morning for breakfast. The little plus is the pool, all together to have a good stay. Good communication with Philippe who is responsive. We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle, and we'll be back soon.
