Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Garita

Victor is a very nice person, polite and patient. Caused by a bus delay he had to wait for us one hour, but his mood was very good when we arrived. Sorry and thank you! The flat is in one of the best locations possible at the beach side. We loved to watch the paddle and beach volleyball players from our balcony, people are walking around and others are swimming quite early. It is very entertaining just sitting there with a coffee and watch the whole scenery. It is not super silent, but it’s a hotspot of life and fun. We were not bothered, and the apartment is fully equipped and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the vacation. We were really sad when we had to leave and will come back!

A great place to stay where I immediately felt comfortable. Everything was neat and especially clean. Even under the beds, dust was in vain. The location in the immediate vicinity of the beach, a supermarket and the countless restaurants is a big plus. It can be louder a little longer in the evening, as there is also gastronomy under the apartment, but that is also tolerable. Parking is a bit difficult, but that affects almost all apartments close to the beach. I parked at Calle la Maleza. You still have to walk a little bit, you're free of charge.

One of those AirBnbs that has great value and it is true to its description and photographs. Well thought out and expertly maintained, the apartment had everything I could want short of an oven. Very clean and blissfully quiet. One caveat: the shower doors only open about 25 cm which makes it a squeeze for fuller figured people like me. But otherwise, I can't wait to come back!

My parents have been accommodated and they were delighted. Situation close to the airport, the apartment is spotless, large, comfortable, equipped with everything one may need even for long stays. They left a welcome detail, which is always to be thanked and the departure was flexible not having other guests staying that day. Host with very quick responses. A place to repeat and get around the island without problems. Very good value for money.

We didn't want to leave anymore. The apartment is just like in the photos, the amenities are super modern and new. The kitchen has everything you need and was very tidy and sparkling clean. Breakfast among the fruit trees overlooking the mountains was our highlight. Exceptional is the quick, personal, helpful and totally sympathetic communication with the hosts. We have never experienced this before. It was all perfect !

We are very happy with the experience here in this big and great villa. The layout of the house is perfect for many people, and we were a total of 8 adults + a baby. The house has all the amenities and the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful with views of the golf course and The Dunes. In addition, it was great with the heated pool. The outdoor area was actively used. We rented bikes to everyone and this way both shops, the restaurant, and other amenities were easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds in the 4 bedrooms were good and very convenient with 3 bathrooms. The living room was also great, with a large and good sofa group as well as a large dining table with room for everyone. Wishing you an amazing experience is this place!

Great clean modern apartment with all the amenities you need!

We had a great week in Santa Lucia! The small village has everything you need, is beautiful and is perfectly located to start excursions in all directions. The house is beautiful, big, clean and is equipped with everything you need. The big plus is the wonderful roof terrace, where we spent a lot of time in the sun from early morning as well as until late at night. The exchange with David was smooth and we can only recommend the address. Thank you for everything !

If someone is looking for peace and quiet, nice views, privacy and a private pool. This is the villa to go for. Host were responsive throughout our stay. If someone wants to explore the area around you'll definitely well need a car because beaches long distance away from the villa. Also you need to have good driving skills, because roads are very narrow and steep. There are a few things in the villa that can be improved but other than that we enjoyed our stay especially a sunrise in the mornings.

Amazing terrace and outdoor space with epic views of the mountains and a peek of the ocean past Agaete. The second bed and bath are located in a cute casita separated from the main building which was nice for our group of two couples. Kitchen had nearly any utensil, cutlery, dish, or glass you could ever want. The place is tastefully decorated. The little village of Urb. La Suerte is cute but doesn’t offer anything in the way of cafes, restaurants, etc but Agaete and the Port area is only a 5-10 minute drive away. Very few cars heard on the street just outside. Parking is easy both around the Airbnb and in town. Jacuzzi in good working order. I would highly recommend this place. Probably the best outdoor space we’ve ever had an Airbnb villa.

San Mateo is an ideal starting point if you want to explore the central mountainous part of the island, but you can also be in 30 minutes on the beaches of the east of the island. The space exactly matched the description and photos. Communication with the host was quick and accurate. Parking in front of the house or in the parking lot about 100 meters from the accommodation where there were plenty of spaces. We were happy. Thank you

Very nice little apartment with private outdoor area. The common area was quiet and clean and had a heated pool. It was very quiet and nice throughout the apartment complex. There were some walks up all the slopes from the beach/shopping centers, but it was just good trim. We had a great vacation.

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well equipped. All our questions were answered quickly. Check in was quick and easy. Everything was clean.

Beautiful, well-equiped apartment in a great location!

We spent 4 weeks here in January/February. We were met by Silvia’s father Gilberto who was kind and helpful. Silvia was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Silvia had provided a welcome pack of fruit, juice, water, ham and cheese, cooking essentials. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work. The balcony is in the shade during the winter but it was lovely to sit in the cool looking at the beautiful view of the sea and hearing it crash on the shore. There is a great pool and communal sunbathing area where you can lie in the sun overlooking the beach. The location of Playa del Águila is very quiet and peaceful, one good restaurant a few minutes walk away. It was a flat 20 minutes walk along the front to Bahia Feliz which has a beach bar and about 5 good restaurants. It is more of a strenuous walk to reach San Agustin which has plenty of bars and restaurants. The bus stop is a few minutes away with excellent service along the coast. Loved our stay.
