Excellent hosting, even though we arrived late. Very pleasant hosts. The apartment was clean, spacious and very nice with private courtyard for the car and independent access. I recommend it.

Excellent for a stay in the heart of the city which is also at the heart of the Angoulême festival! Quiet, very good bedding and plenty of space. Parking is a big plus that shouldn't be overlooked. Thanks again for everything, Noémie.

The apartment is very large and very well-equipped (I didn't use anything but I can attest to the presence of a full kitchen and even the availability of a washing machine if it can help some to decide on this accommodation). Note the ideal walking distance to buses and shops (Picard, Lidl and bakeries). Eric was a very responsive and considerate host. He welcomes you at the Tabac Presse, of which he is the boss. The place is not far away. Maybe less convenient than a key box when you have less flexible hours, but much more human. Because Eric can advise you, and he has very nice touches: he offered me a bottle of cold water on arrival and in the morning breakfast in his establishment (coffee and pastries). These are very nice touches. Recommended.

A pleasant stay, no problem. A clean space and a host who listens to you. The accommodation is close to all shops a 5-minute walk away. Perfect in every way

Very good stay in a very functional apartment and close to the city center. We were able to fully enjoy the comic book festival. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful place to stay on the banks of the Charente which we enjoyed from the canoe but just loved seeing it flowing along edging the grounds. We came on the train which is a very easy journey from Paris to Jarnac. It is then less than an hours walk along the cycle path or quicker along the very quiet road. The market in Jarnac is excellent and there’s some nice cafes and bars. In Bourg Charente itself the bar tabac sells morning baguette and croissants, especially good to put an order in the day before. Also in the village La Ribaudiere restaurant was absolutely amazing and an experience not to be missed. So this is a great place to stay if you are car free like us but bicycles really help too especially with direct access to the 400 km path La Flow Velo. Lots of fun! Thanks to Andrea and Dominic.

I would this property. It allows you to have a relaxing stay. From the Logment, there are nice hikes or discover the Charente or the Dordogne. My stay at this home totally met my expectations .

It's the second time we stayed here and the experience has been good again. Nicolas has served us very kindly and quickly. The house is exactly what it offers, a quiet area, but very close to downtown. 100% recommended.
