Vacation rentals with a patio in La Choya

The blankets smelled like fabric softener, the beds were very large, everything was very clean, the pool and the outside patio were in very good condition. I liked the place and everything was very nice, the TVs were great and the security was good.

After having to cancel our reservation they set us up with an upgraded penthouse! Had options to choose from with their private rental group(PisolinoRentals) and was well worth it!

I just got back from an incredible stay at Boan’s place and I can't stop raving about it! The moment I walked in, I was struck by how cozy and inviting the space was. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches and decor that perfectly captured the local vibe. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of activities to keep me entertained. I loved lounging by the pool and taking long walks on the beach. The host (Boan) was fantastic, providing great recommendations for local spots and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This experience was truly special, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend this place!

We stayed 3 nights. Every morning coffee on the terrace with the sound of the birds and tide coming in. We even had fun sea lions entertain us one morning. We walked to Manny's right next door (well across an open lot) which was great for breakfast, dinner, cocktails and a little shopping with the vendors. The location is away from the busy high rise area on Sandy Beach which was perfect for us. Extremely peaceful and calm. There is no office so you walk right to the condo and easily get in with the key code. Doesn't get any easier. There is a security guard letting vehicles in and out of the parking area. The condo was roomy and open with an amazing view as you walk in. We didn't cook but there were dishes, pots and pans etc. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends which is great if you want any privacy. This will be our first choice the next time we head to Rocky Point!

When at Rocky Point, I always stay at Marco's place - unbeatable! Great price, location, quiet, clean. Excellent!

5 star place to stay at!

This house was perfect location. Easy and safe access to there main strip with all the attractions. The beach is just around the corner with a amazing beach bar with jet skis and boat ride rentals. I couldn't of booked a better house and was super affordable. My favorite thing is how safe the surroundings were. We had two small kids and got my nieces hair braided 2 minute walk and the scenery was amazing. A must Rent apartment.

Had a great time in Andrew’s place. Very peaceful, quiet, clean. Exactly as pictured. The surrounding area was also very quiet and peaceful. Very easy to get to the beach as well, within 5-10 min walk. Andrew was very helpful, communicative. Would stay again :) thanks Andrew!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront house, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by breathtaking views of the ocean that truly take your breath away. The house is perfectly situated right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze throughout our stay. The interior of the house is just as impressive as the exterior. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects to a large patio, making it the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of beach adventures. What really made our stay exceptional was our host, Chuck. From the very beginning, Chuck was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information wee needed. Thank you very much Chuck!

Rafael was amazing! The location is great! It is in a peaceful area, and it is gated. There are clubs and restaurants within walking distance, as well as an OXXO that is probably 2 minutes walking. We will definitely book with him again!

The house was perfect for my family. The pool is 5 feet deep and perfect size for my son, nieces and nephew to enjoy. The house was clean and spacious. The. Location of the Airbnb was perfect. We will reserve this spot again in the feature.

Super good place. We only stood a day in a half due to a family emergency and cut our trip short . Overall it was great.

Great house, very spacious. Host was amazing and super responsive. Had minor inconveniences but Fernando was very fast to act and fix the problem. Fernando was also very flexible with check in which was a huge plus. House feels cozy but still very spacious. Would stay here again 100%.

Perfect. Just perfect. Tom and his co host were responsive and very friendly. Loved the condo, everything matched the description for the condo. Everything worked like it said, wifi, washer, dryer, a/c, etc. On our last night there, the a/c kicked off, messaged the cohost and within 30 mins the maintence guy showed up and fixed it. Definitely will book again. Thank you sooo much for a wonderful stay.

Stunning view of the ocean right when you walk in the door. 2 minute walk down the beach to Manny’s for food and drinks. Good pool and hot-tub right on the water. Jason is a good host. Good communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful spot, great to be on ground floor to wander to the beach or pool at will. Comfy beds, great thoughtful touches. Terrific beach! This has it all.

Marshall’s place was perfect for our New Years trip. He provided us with detailed information along with local recommendations. The condo is perfectly decorated along with a big balcony that provides a sunrise and sunset view. We were able to check in early for our stay in which we greatly appreciated.
