Quiet location, great accommodation with amazing views. Antonello is a nice and helpful host, gave us great tips on what, for the restaurants nearby. We would be happy to recommend this apartment, we spent unforgettable days there. Everything great!

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location… Golfo Aranci is beautiful!

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

Our host Andrea was very welcoming and warm, very helpful. We loved connecting with him. Thanks again! The accommodation is great, we were a little cold and there is no blackout curtain if this is important to you. We loved our night.

Three of us spend a very nice week in San Teodoro in Elena's apartment. There was everything we needed, beds were comfortable, sweet terrace with small garden. Location perfect anyway. Everything quick to reach, yet quite quiet.(but were also there in the off-season) Contact with Elena quickly and without complications.

We had a great time at the apartment offered by Luca. We didn't meet him but he was responsive by phone. The accommodation is ideally located on the harbor which was very quiet at the end of the season.

Stefano was super helpful and kind. She gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants. Perfect hospitality and continuous availability. A real landmark. Cozy, clean and comfortable house. Highly recommended.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of the center of San Pantaleo, a convenient town to quickly reach the various points of interest in the area. The terrace is a great plus! Natalia (the host) was very kind and more than helpful in every conversation.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

This place is great for a relaxing and restful family vacation. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Paola responded immediately to questions. She was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would come back!

We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

A place with a captivating view of the sea and a nearby island. You can spend your entire vacation on this deck. Private garden. Near several beaches belonging to the resort, hot water, sand, a portion of the bottom with stones. Great place for a 2+2 or 2+3 family. You can use a car or a willingness to walk in a beautiful neighborhood - shops and a nearby harbor are about 1.5 km away. Extremely helpful host. We came for a few days for a full-day rest and we were surprised by the lack of a shop in the immediate area. Maria Rosa offered to drive us to the store and wait for us to shop for a few days. Thanks to the rest of the stay, we were able to spend a carefree rest.

Lovely place, we particularly loved the front garden to sit outside. Air conditioning in both bedrooms are blessing especially after a hot summer day spent on the beach. The local beach, La Cinta is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! The apartment is functional and well equipped with everything you need. Illaria is a lovely host, very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

Perfect place to stay in Olbia. Chill place, with friendly neighbours. If you are searching for a place that has all the amenities like your house, this is the place. One note to consider the rooms are at demisol, but quite well ventilated. We didn't have too much light in the bedrooms but was perfect as we wanted to sleep. Nice cozy terrace for breakfast and dinner drinks. Eva was amazing with recommendations as well as helping us around the house with any issues that occurred. Would definitely return. Plus note the AC, made a real difference when the humid weather outside kicked in. Best, Stefan

A great apartment with everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. The terrace is very large and partly covered. The view of the sea is very nice. However, the apartment is located at the entrance to the village, so there is nothing within walking distance. The beaches and bays around Cala Gonone can be reached quickly. The contact with personal check-in was smooth and very pleasant.
