Great big and private place to have a good time with friends and family.

Had a great time! The house is amazingly located in zona colonial, a bit outside the most touristic areas, with the front door on a cute square. On the weekends there is live music on the square, but nothing that bothered us. The green yard is so pretty and great to relax in. Just a few min walk away from all the restaurants.

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped. Guillermo was a gentleman, we had a confusion and even without corresponding, he helped us. I am very happy. This place is worth it.

Edwin was a great host. He responds quickly to messages. The apartment is cozy and very clean. All ACs and appliances work well. The view from the balcony is great and the environment is quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay there and will be back in the summer. Everything went very smoothly. We stayed at Dieugrand’s property from December 29th to January 3rd for New Year’s, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Dieugrand was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby places, which really enhanced our trip. The property looked exactly like the pictures—everything was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, centrally located near great restaurants and attractions, making it super convenient for us. One of our favorite aspects was the 24/7 receptionist on-site, which made us feel very safe and comfortable when coming and going, especially as a group of women. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of hand towels and other essentials—it’s the small things that really make a difference! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Dieugrand, for hosting us so wonderfully!
