This air bnb apartment is at the top👍, well equipped, very clean, spacious, well arranged, well lit, the bathroom is nice, my wife loved the apartment because there are mirrors , in the bathroom and in the living room and it's convenient for her to wear makeup. There is a balcony to sit quietly or eat. The kitchen is very well equipped . This is one of the best air bnb apartments where we were able to stay. The host Thierry is at the top, friendly,super welcoming, smiling,he makes himself available if you have any questions, and gave us the tour of the apartment in detail. Highly recommend this apartment 👍👍

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect; we love this kind of smaller town where is beautiful and peaceful, with some great restaurants by the seaside. The scenery is breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning view of the Mediterranean every morning was such a treat. The flat had everything we needed. The underfloor heating kept us cozy and warm in winter, and the rooms were bright and filled with natural light during the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and amazing views!

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

Great location that was walkable to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby, felt like we were right in the middle of Monaco.

1.The only thing missing is smart TV and speaker Aldi dont have Bluetooth. TV is small and old. 2. And just one blanket. Be aware if you would like 2…. Other than that 1. Great haust. (Let us to check out later) 2. View is beautiful 3.Safe and close to everything

Thank you for the great apartment with the impressive view! We had a wonderful week in Nice and enjoyed the sea view to the fullest every morning and evening. The location was perfect, the apartment very clean, and we felt like home – thank you Christine! A small note: the mattress was unfortunately a little too soft for us and we had the impression that it could be older. But otherwise everything was great, and we would come back anytime!

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

A great place, in a great location to get into Cannes. We had a lovely stay with 4 people. Can’t speak highly of Isabella, she kept us updated and her communication was amazing. This had everything you need for a great stay! Highly recommended!

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

The perfect location for a stay in Monaco. The terrace is huge and has an incredible view. Everything was comfortable and as described. Philip was lovely and responsive. It was great value too! ✨✨

we are delighted with this weekend with the family. Communication with Catherine is more than perfect. Our arrival and installation were therefore very serene. The apartment is very clean, functional. The location (shops nearby, a short walk from the promenade that connects us to Menton) and the view is exceptional. Very nice apartment in a good location near the paid parking station just across the street Shops nearby Decorating is really successful Perfect communication Only downside a scaffolding was present on the bedroom side which spoiled the view and the work starts early so a shame And at night the apartment is poorly insulated the traffic noises and residents are very unpleasant

The place is amazing with nice sitting arrangements outside. If I ever come back, this would be the place I would stay!
