The kitchen was well- stocked, although a coffee maker might be considered. There were extra towels and linens, and the power stayed on:)

Cecelia’s place is in a great location, very convenient to walk to mall Del sol. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Juan's house was absolutely fantastic and arguably perfect. It was in a great location with a restaurant and convenience store downstairs🍴 and I was able to buy breakfast and living items downstairs.The neighborhood is safe and the security downstairs is also very friendly and responsible. Juan's house is neat and tidy, there is a girl Diana who comes twice a week to clean the hygiene which is really amazing and saves me a lot of time.The terrace is huge, the sunset in the evening🌄 is very beautiful, there is a communal free pool🏊‍♂️ and gym downstairs🏋️, I love the house too much and staying here is a treat! Juan is a very warm and sincere host, very quick to respond to messages and proactively solving problems, I have been renewing Juan's house in Guayaquil for months.I come to Guayaquil in the future and hope to rent this house again❤️

Everything perfect, the house is very comfortable, in a gated development with good security. Very close to several restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood is lovely, and the communal areas were a highlight. I especially loved walking my dog and seeing other dog owners out and about, all with their pups on leashes. The 25m pool is fantastic, though note it’s closed on Mondays for maintenance. My kids had a great time playing tennis and table tennis, and while the gym is small, it’s a nice bonus to have. One thing to be cautious about: the bedroom doors can accidentally lock from the inside, and there aren’t any keys to unlock them from the outside. The host was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!"
