Vacation rentals with a patio in La Asunción

This is our second time staying at Seidel's apartment. We love coming here. It's a really nice place and full of many amenities. We hope to return soon.

Second time staying at this Airbnb. its a fun spot to take pictures and be safe at in San Jose. Their is good food spots walking distance. The apt is really clean everytime I stay here.

A very peaceful place, downtown but zero bulla. Clean, large bed, well equipped kitchen. We really liked it!

The apartment was absolutely lovely. Great decor, very spacious, clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, it also had a powerful air conditioning and a great 4k TV, so we felt super comfortable during our stay. The apartment is on the 15th floor, so you get a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. It was very easy to check in, the host was super responsive and I help us with recommendations on what to do in the area. The pool is on the 24th floor and has an amazing view and in the area there are many cafes, restaurants and two very nice parks for walking. I booked late at night and still got an immediate response. Would definitely stay here again.

Maripaz was so helpful throughout my stay, very quick and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities of the building were very nice as well. As others mentioned, the construction and obstruction of view was a bit of a pain, but obviously something outside of the host's control. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay, the host does a wonderful job. Be careful with the glass door on the shower- I had an incident, but the host responded immediately and was so helpful.

Accommodation with great location to get around Heredia. Very spacious and with the necessary conditions to have a good stay. Recommended. Host is attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

I loved the privacy of the place, the pool just for us, the sound of birds in the mornings and cicadas in the afternoons... the place is very spacious, there are also two very friendly and well-behaved dogs... it is very close to the city but surrounded by nature... Everything was very good, just some things to improve. All the dishes had dust and there was a cockroach on the spoons. There are no plastic containers for snacks or for children. There was mouse droppings on the blanket and in the closet. There were no bath mats, shampoo, napkins or kitchen towels... The shower in the secondary room doesn't close completely and drips all day, it's just a matter of improving the cleaning and utensils I would also come back because it is very private and close to the city. The host's attention and response is very quick and very friendly

We will definitely book this apartment again. It has everything you need and the location is Exelente. It is a very safe and quiet private Recident.

Location is great, with everything you need within a short distance. It’s especially convenient if you need to move around San Jose or travel back and forth between San Jose, Alajuela, and Heredia, as we did. We were traveling with a baby, so it’s worth noting that this stay is located very close to a busy intersection, and the nighttime noise is considerable. We didn’t spend much time in the house aside from early mornings and sleeping, but I believe it has everything you need. Comfort is subjective—while we found the mattress and sofa beds extremely firm, others might find them perfect. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great apartment in a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The deck was spacious and had fabulous views. Karil gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat around the area and provided very clear information about the apartment.

I stayed two nights in the apartment and loved it! The apartment is small but has everything and is very well organized, in addition to being a nice apartment with plenty of natural lighting. The location was amazing as it is very close to free zones. Communication was very good, very friendly and responsive. I would definitely come back.
