Cozy, old house in idyllic area, but still centrally located. Cheerful host who went a long way to arrange for us.

The cottage is all with all the comforts and very comfortable. The hosts, Hans and Annelene are very hospitable and we got tips for places to visit in the area. We'd love to come back to discover more of this beautiful area.

Great place, great setting and super nice host!

We had a lovely week in Rauland. We were there without a car and could do everything in about 15 minutes on foot (shopping, to the cross-country ski trails or even to the free ski bus). The house was very cozy and something very special!

We had a lot of fun at Marit's cabin,we were 5 adults and 2 children + a small dog. The beds were good and comfortable to sleep in,was very cozy both inside the cabin and on the outside. Cozy with large porch with heat lamp. Marit always responded quickly when you had questions. Was clean and tidy in the cabin. We would gladly came again🙂

Simply great! Communication with the hosts was excellent – fast, friendly and incredibly helpful. They really went out of their way to provide us with a memorable stay. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children who were on a skiing holiday in Vrådal. We have been in Vrådal for many years and this cabin was one of the best we had stayed in. There was plenty of space and the cabin was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It only took 2 minutes to walk to the lift/piste from the cabin and back. We had a few questions for the host (Henrik) along the way, and he responded immediately without any problems. All in all, we have been super happy with the stay in the cabin and if we come back to Vrådal next year, we will definitely try to book the same cabin again.

We are very to have stayed here. So nice to connect to nature and enjoy this cabin house. So cozy with the fireplace and beautiful beams. The area is beautiful near a lake where we went on a little stroll with a wooden boat. Nice!!! Perfect place to read books take a swimm in the lake and hike. The centre of Fyresdal has a nice cafe Hvelvet. Good coffee and cinnamon rolls

We had a wonderful week skiing in Vrådal and enjoyed the cozy cabin - breakfast overlooking the ski slopes, walking distance to the ski center and relaxing evenings on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove. There was everything we needed - except for a wine opener 😀 Friendly and welcoming host.
