Vacation rentals with beach access in Kuşadası

Mr. Kutay was very gulery and caring. The house was as seen in the pictures and immaculate. He gave advice on needs and made us feel like he was with us when we needed it all the time. A place where we will definitely stay again, thank you for everything 😊

Enis’s place is a lovely apartment that has nice Turkish furnishings. It feels good to be there and having the large balcony is very nice. It was comfortable and the location is excellent. Enis is a very nice man and he introduced me to his brother and two of his cousins who are also involved in their joint ownership of the hotel and other businesses. Very nice people who offered good suggestions for restaurants and local sights to see while there. Communication with Enis was very good. I felt that he appreciated his guests and wanted to make sure their stay was going well. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

What a wonderful place to stay! Just a 10-15 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque & other Old City spots to see. Safe & walkable day and night - was wonderful to experience the Old City attractions easily at all times. Comfortable, simple space with everything you need to serve as your base in this amazing city. Nice views from outdoor patio - even a slice of the Bosphorus. Host is so welcoming and helpful - we felt like we had a brother looking out for us on our first visit to Istanbul. His rug shop is right downstairs, so we had nice interactions, including his initial welcome with tea served in his beautiful shop. This place is on a street that's busy and fun morning through midnight - restaurants right across the street made good meals easy to find. Highly recommend.

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly like the description. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. Location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to everyone and will be happy to come back!

We went with our 3 year old daughter. Even though it was January, we did not have any heating problems. The house is very tidy and tastefully furnished. There are all the household items you may need. Mr. Baris also answered our questions in a timely manner. Overall it was nice. Would recommend.

the view of the house was really great. The city lights at night provide a very nice view. It is enough to set the air conditioning to a temperature of 25-27 degrees for the temperature of the house. Hot water is provided in the bathroom with a water heater, it is useful to be cautious, but it provides enough shower time. It is very close to the city, but there is no sound of the city. I recommend you to go through the back road, which is available enough for the parking space. Mr. Hüsnü has a friendly and caring approach. He immediately took care of the mishaps and returned.

I don't know where to start. Ms. Derya was in contact with us from our constant journey. She even informed her about Kusadasi by e-mail. Even if he was not at the location, Mr. Zeynel, who took care of the house, was very pleased with us. She even gave us a video recipe when she sent us a home location. She greeted us and told us all the necessary things. First, I visited the house, the items and the house was spotless. Everything was perfect from the cloth slippers to the towels in the hotel room. It wasn't a hotel room but there was more rigorous work. I opened the closet, everything from beer to water was arranged. There were leaflets for all entertainment and sports activities such as boat tours, banners, Safari tours, etc. The notebook was available for our opinions, which is very nice. We couldn't write to him, we left in a bit of a hurry. It was a magnificent holiday with everything thought out down to the last detail. Thank you to everyone who contributed, 🌸 stay safe 🙂

Great house for a family holiday. Quiet, calm, being in nature gives peace of mind 🥰 The house has everything you'll need. Grocery store and very close. We can say that the beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Ms. Seda was very caring, thank you very much for everything 🥰

It was a house with a great 180 degree view. Especially the terrace on the top floor was spectacular. There is no other structure on the same level as you. There are views on each floor. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood. The roads are a little bad because it's a relatively new residential neighborhood, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Since it is an uphill area, it may be a bit of a problem without a car. There are large chain markets 10 minutes away. The house is built as a twin villa, the host lives right next door. Although it is usually a situation that is thought to be a problem, this is not a problem, they are very sweet people :) The host has very clear communication.

A beautiful traditional stone house - with everything you could ask for in Selçuk. Stylish cosy decor and the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Hosts incredibly welcoming. As a group of 4 we found it had everything we needed and beyond. We would all highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation (a home away from home) in this area. Merci beaucoup!!

It was our first Airbnb experience, we went with a lot of suspicion, but we had a stay exactly as we wanted, the house was perfect, the site was calm, the only drawback was that there was no separate pool, but it was very clean in the shared pool. We only had one request, thankfully, Mr. Çağdaş did not break us, we were very satisfied, I recommend it to those who think

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

We stayed at Ms. Zümrüt's house for 4 days. The house was what it looked like in the photos. There were items to meet all our basic needs. It's 10 minutes away from most places in terms of location. We also went to Sirince and Ephesus for a half hour drive around. Ms. Zümrüt was a very caring and friendly hostess. It provided an immediate response to all our questions. If we come back to Kusadasi, it was a house I would want to stay in. Thanks for everything:)

The view of the sea and the sunset from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It feels like home away from home. There is everything available that you need. If you have trouble finding the place ask someone on the street. The host is very friendly and helpful

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 of 10 :)

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie.
