The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown and next to the hawker stations. The thick windows work great to silence the outside noise. Weekly cleaning and responsive hosts. I also appreciate the little things like paper towels and laundry soap. The only downside is if you use the dishes, the bathroom sink is the only place to wash them.

What I liked is that the pictures matched the pictures shown. Smells and Feels Clean. Everything in good working condition. We forgot to bring Toothpaste and they kindly lent us one tube to use. Feels like home.

We stayed at Wilby Central Apartments on Queen Street with our two young children, aged 2 and 3, and it was perfect for a family stay. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, gifting each child a teddy bear upon check-in. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a washing machine we used daily. Its location was excellent – just a 5-10 minute walk to Raffles City Shopping Centre and minutes from a local hawker centre. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Singapore.

Nice and clean dual key unit to accommodate large families with young children. Communication with host is easy with clear instructions given. Washing machine is provided and you can dry the cleaned laundry at the laundromat, which is a plus point. It will be great if QR code for visitor (2nd vehicle) is created prior to guest arrival. Only one access card is given to us, hence slightly inconvenient in terms of logistics, as access card is needed at every door/lift, and there are 10 of us in 2 different cars. Overall, it is a pleasant stay.

Good location beside KSL Mall. It was easy to check-in and place looked exactly as in the pictures. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable place near KSL Mall

Original booking had some problem because communication break down between platform and hotel. Celin proactively sourcing for alternative and upgraded to a better place. Exceeded expectation!

Host was very nice and communication was fantastic. Received very clear guidance from the host. Convenient location and very close to Aeon and Toppen. Austin apartments tend to be older compared to other parts of JB - this apartment is nice considering this.

My stay at this place was a good experience. The place is quite private and peaceful. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. The instructions was very clear. The front desk staff is really helpful as well. I had no difficulty in checking in and out. Will repeat my stay in this place in future.

Although the process of getting inside was not that straightforward, Hauz’s guide made it very easy to locate where to check in and where the apartment was. Only issue was that the bedsheets have a weird smell, although it looks obviously cleaned. Hauz and his team was also kind and responsive, immediately helping us find and retrieve a watch that my friend had left, which exemplifies how great of a host they are. The stay was affordable and worth it!

Best place i stay i can cook i can wash my clothes even i stay at 1 night .. its just i come on a rainy day and come by grab it just a bit hard to find the block however we just ask the guard and guard asist us .. overall is good

Vic n Yk were very responsive from beginning to end of my stay. They also offered recommendations when needed. Place was clean and nice... Access to the place was easy. There is a food court below which serves food (even on a Sunday), which was great. All in all, nice and cosy place! thumbs up!!
