Very beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you need including a beautiful view of the see. The area is very remote and 35 minutes away from Hua Hin, you will need a scooter or car to move around because GRAB is not available here. The host is very helpful and the communication is super easy with her. Thank you for letting us stay here :)

Perfect place for a family holiday. Very comfortable place, safe neighborhood, beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains. Samuel, the host, is prompt to respond and ensured that we had a smooth stay.

Sea Condo is situated in a peaceful location which meant that the apartment was noise free and perfect for relaxing and walking. We chose to hire a car but bicycles and motor scooters are available to rent within Sam Roi Yot. There is a brand new 7-11 within walking distance (about 30minutes) and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A major supermarket (Lotus) is a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Hua Hin is approximately 45 minute drive away. Our host was excellent and responded quickly to any request we made. Sea Condo reception and on site staff were super helpful. Wi-fi was good. If you want total peace, quiet and a relaxing stay this could be the place for you. It certainly was for us!

I am very happy that we chose to stay in Gaurav’s place. The apartment was very big, beautiful and clean. If you are travelling with kids or in a big company - it’s perfect place ti stay. We have been living here for 2 months and we have only good memories about it. You will have any help with the workers in the lobby, friendly stuff and very beautiful territory. Thank you for all! The view from the balcony is unbelievably stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property is fully equipped and very well mantained. The area is safe. Also has a direct acess to the beach. Love the place.

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s Sea Condominium. The staff and residents were fantastic…. very friendly and helpful. The location and view from the balcony was outstanding; the sounds from area birds and farm land was a welcome addition as well. Sam Roi Yot and the surrounding area is truly something to behold! Some form of transportation will be necessary to access all the attractions …. options available on the beach road.

Travel together with my family. We really had a pleasant stay here. The place is quite peaceful, suitable for vacation. There are some local restaurants around cheap and good compared to Hua Hin or Pran Buri. The room is located on the ground floor which is easy to access, the space is clean and equipped with all necessary stuffs.

The host, Mu Mu is excellent. We had a wonderful stay. Very helpful. Got our rooms as promised at 3pm and helped with us through out the sat and she was always close by. The rooms are better than the pictures and the infinite pool above is beautiful. Just one thing is there is a construction work that was abandoned in front of the house, so for some paying this much might see it as a problem. It can be seen from all rooms which will block the sea view you are paying for. And the beachfront didn't have any sand at the time we were here, maybe it was because of high tide, but we didn't have a glimpse the 3 days we stayed. Other than that excellent.

Great location outside of the busy area of Hua Hin, The quaint beach town in this location has good local restaurants and great markets, Check in and Check out was very smooth and the local host, She was very informative and helpful, great place to stay to experience the real cultural experience of Thailand. The house is a perfect option for a family, the AC works really good if needed, the community pool was nice and enjoyed the work out room and playing pool and Ping Pong in the game room.
