Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kufstein District

Very good stay also welcoming our 2 doggies. Very large rooms, a lot of space. All we needed was there. And, the place was very clean! Got a tourist card of the town so could take the kaiserlift for free.

It is a modernized winding old farmhouse over 2 levels. According to the age, the floor creaks here and there and it is of course also a little clairvoyant. This didn't bother us, because it also exudes a certain charm. The furnishings are nice and modern overall. Only there are also a few style elements in the style of a "Villa Kunterbunt", e.g. the colorful picture frames in the living room. This is, of course, a matter of taste, they didn't quite meet ours. The location is great, in 2 minutes you will be at the ski bus. Overall we found it a very nice stay and can recommend it. Host Sanni is also always very easy to reach and with helpful tips on the spot!

Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

We recently had a fantastic stay at this property with our family and friends (4 adults and 4 children). The house was impeccably maintained and offered ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The location was ideal, situated close to the ski resorts, making it easy for us to enjoy winter activities. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the house remained incredibly warm and cozy. The highlight for the children was undoubtedly the large garden, where they had plenty of space to run around and play. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided a thorough explanation of everything and even offered guest cards for local discounts, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this property to families and groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Thank you Jwala

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

We were very warmly welcomed by Thomas upon arrival. The house absolutely corresponded to the pictures and descriptions. The quiet location and the great view of the Wilder Kaiser did us all good. We enjoyed the time there very much, felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

For us it was Great living between different Skiing Areas. The Apartment was just perfect to calm down and relax after a though day. And huge Thanks to Sabrina for make it so easy to Check In and let us feel that comfortable. Just can recommemd it to everyone visiting beatiful tyrol.

we had an Amazing time at Bernhard and Barbara's place, they were the perfect hosts and available to help us whenever we needed it really, We visited for a ski trip but with more family also, the house was so perfect for us, the interior is immaculately decorated, with amazing amenities, definitely a 100% recommendation from myself and my family members + partner who attended, Beautiful place and beautiful surroundings, with everything you need near by, especially on a Ski trip or other adventure holiday, and perfect if you just want somewhere relaxing to stay on a regular holiday, definitely book this place if your looking to stay in the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg area!

A really very pleasant stay in this beautiful zipline chalet with our 4 children. The view from the balcony is beautiful, there are many beautiful things to discover around Brandenberg which is a very peaceful place to spend a relaxing holiday. Monika and Wolfgang are lovely and very attentive. The unit is very cozy and spacious.

We spent a week on a ski vacation in Brixen in the Thale. The apartment is well equipped, well and quietly located and has a wonderful view. Manuela is very friendly and gave us good tips regarding ski rental, restaurants and surroundings. All in all, we were very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation. We had two great days at Barbara's place and we felt very comfortable. Everything worked smoothly and we can 100% recommend the place. The bathroom has two doors, one of which leads into one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, it is not to be locked, so you have to coordinate well. But that wasn't a problem for us. Great accommodation, wonderful location and with a spacious apartment (we were 4 people, with 6 people possibly a little tight, especially because of only 1 bathroom). The check-in and handover went smoothly and we enjoyed the stay, especially the evening sitting in the conservatory.

Great place to stay with perfect proximity to the ski lift. The place is great for family holidays with beginners, but also offers advanced plenty of variety. The apartment left nothing to be desired. The landlord was very helpful and also asked unobtrusively in between if everything was ok. We will be happy to come back!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in the perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, a good equipment that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)
