Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

overall very happy with the stay. good location, close to shops, outhouse for dogs. i didn't miss anything in the apartment. from basic necessary things to iron, dryer, washing machine, oven and dishwasher. nice beaches in the area, sandy in Omiš and rocky(for me nicer) in Duče. free parking in zone 2 zone 2 paid by the owner of the apartment. communication with the landlord very good. Antonia is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend. I felt at home. nearby supermarket Studenac, Tommy, butcher shop downstairs and 2 bars ana v. bakery

This place and our host was great! There was plenty of room for 7 of us (including 3 kids). The balcony was beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the treats and fruit. It was very close to Split and a great place all around. Our host came to welcome us and made our children feel especially welcome. Would 100% stay again!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Location is good, very close to the beach and city center. Room was clean and it look exactly like on photos. Marijana and her husband were very kind and comunication was excellent. It was really great holiday for us :)

Very beautiful house, had enough space and extra for a group of 6. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were extras that made the price more worth our money. Good space for parking for 2 cars or a big van. Bathrooms were all clean and came with showers, which was very good for a large group. The only downside for the house is the location as it is in the mountains, so it is a bit of a hassle as you can’t order food (as of July 2024 on the food delivery apps, but this could change) to the location or find any shops nearby - driving to Lidl or other croatian supermarkets is roughly 15-20 minutes, so a car would be ideal, if not, essential for this house. The Host, Slavkovladusic, and his family were amazing - always available to contact for anything we needed, and any issues we experienced were resolved quickly. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome to Croatia. I highly recommend this house to anyone lookiny for a place that is worth the money, and is most suitable for a big group.

Vacation like with friends! Biljana and Ivan were incredibly great, lovely hosts. They warmly welcomed us and made the perfect vacation spot even more perfect! Nikša gave us very good tips in advance and made it easier to get there through his excellent communication. Insanely great vacation in paradise. The apartment is clean, quiet, practical with the washing machine and the air conditioning we appreciated very much. The view is beautiful. You can linger well and enjoy the sunset. We were able to recover very well. Communication with Ivica and his family was very pleasant.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to take us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately came to us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They stayed in the small cottage that is located exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream to be a dream to be The apartments have everything you need to live and close to the villa there is plenty of shopping and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boat for swimming. What we needed,the family was always there. Also the pool was nice big and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes start. Thank you for everything
