This nice and clean apartment is only 200m away from Lake Constance. Going for a swim is within 5 min walk. The apartment has its own entrance. It is a two floor apartment (75 m²) with a big kitchen and bathroom in the basement. A stair leads to the second floor with a big living room and the bed room. In the bed room there is a double bed. In the living room are two single beds. The apartment has also a balcony. The garden can also be used for recreation.

It's just a parking space ! Caravan or RV you need to bring :). Hammock/rack are here. Achtung ! The driveway is quite steep ! Toilet, shower can be used in the house. Water and power can be found between garage doors. There is a small train line between the garden and the lake, so no direct lake access. On the premises, there is a cabin and a caravan, which may be occupied by guests. Unfortunately, there is a construction site next door at the moment.

Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small and cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The house has a kitchen and a small bathroom 1.8m². The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob and an oven. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Constance can be reached in 10 minutes.
