Great apartment close to the beach and Klaudia is super !

A lovely well equipped apartment. The roof terrace was just lovely too, fantastic sunset spot. Tea, could not have been more helpful and flexible. Location was ideal for old town, supermarket, and banks. A great place to stay when in Zadar.

A well-designed space and well stocked (spices, milk, also juice and fruit), it's close to the center so everything is a short walk from the apartment. The owner is quick to respond, very accommodating and communicative. Extremely enjoyable experience 🙂

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. In the kitchen there is everything necessary. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Jelica is a very pleasant and helpful host. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Metajna is a small and quiet village; the sea is clean and beautiful.

Me and my friends had an incredible stay in Igors beautiful apartment!! It was well equipped with everything we needed, and the view was stunning. Really close to the sea and had a store right next to the building. Igor was a really helpful host and responded quickly. He left us a welcome bottle of wine and showed us around the apartment when we arrived which was really appreciated. Would love to come back!!

We had a fantastic week in this cozy house. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful beaches within walking distance. The house has everything you need and the private parking space was very convenient. The host is a lovely person, always ready to give advice and make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion places and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From the uncomplicated communication to the quick response to questions to great tips for the area – nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back.
