Vacation rentals with a patio in Kras

Perfect accommodation on the beach and the city center is within easy walking distance. The attentive hostess lives on the property and is always available.

The flat is quite new, all as described, convenient parking. The view from the balcony is just great! The only thing to mention that location is good if you travel by car. All shops are reachable by car only. Small beach Volosko like 20 minutes walk down the hill and same 20 minutes back upstairs almost impossible with children... But by car you can reach many other beaches within 20 minutes or so. We used Medveja beach, which has parking, some activities and beach bar. We had a great stay at all!

We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

As a family, Ivan's location was great. The location of the apartment is ideally located, so all our excursions were accessible by car in a manageable time. The well-kept garden and pool invited you to linger. Ivan is a very enjoyable host who can give you lots of tips for activities, beaches and restaurants. We were very comfortable with him and are considering coming back next year.

One of my best experience in my travels! The apartment was comfortable and clean. Flexible checkin, very comfortable beds and bedding, spotless clean apartment, friendly host! The apartment was near to everyting that we need: sporthall: 5 minute, supermarket half minute, sea and beaches 2-4 minutes, downtown on a beautiful walk on lungomare is 15 minutes. It was really great and for two people it is really sufficient. We were there for a week and we had everything we needed. Got a lot of recommendations & messages were always answered directly. It is modern and quietly furnished, small terrace, kitchen & bathroom. We found it perfect! Would we book again in the same way!

3 minutes to the beach by foot. End of September Krk felt like a secret escape haha Not good for local business but great for taking a active vacation. I traveled almost the whole island on a bike. 5 out of 6 days the weather was even good enough to swim in the ocean as well. 20-21 °C water temp. There is a nice bicycle lane between Krk and Punat but if you want to reach Baska you have to use the (steep) road. The road to Stara Baska was blocked by a big cow so I couldn't check that out. Overall a great place to visit again.

Everything was great. Damir and his wife were super nice. Apartment was clean and nice. We were really happy. They even changed our towels in the middle of the our stay. Like in hotel. I will totally recommend this apartment 😊

This place was a great place ace to explore Krk with our three kids. We loved the pool and being able to walk down to the beach.

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

The house is wonderfully equipped and quiet location. The pool and outdoor kitchen are great. Sara took care of everything quickly. We were there before check-in time and drinks were quickly ready for us. The weather wasn't quite as good. The house can be heated with pellets. There is a dehumidifier on the basement. All in all, a very successful stay.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

We stayed in this beautiful house for 1 week and had a great time with our 2 children and dogs. Ivan gave us helpful tips for shopping and activities. The sea is within walking distance, and very private, away from crowded tourist beaches. A small supermarket is also just behind the corner. All in all, we will definitely come back 👍👍👍👍

best location to reach the old town, with several big plus like the balcony with an amazing view on the city, the parking inside the court just in front of the appartament if you come by car, and the amazing smiling grandma welcoming us! we couldn t ask more for our stai!

We had a wonderful time in the house, the location is very quiet, the house very private. That has a beautiful outdoor area where we stayed most of the time. The communication with the owner as well as the agency was quick and always very polite. The house has everything you need

Mira was fantastic. The apartment was thoroughly furnished and even had homemade dessert, water and fruit for me. Mira left tons of maps and literature. I stayed for a week, absolutely loved it. Quiet, with a wonderful garden overlooking the gulf. Quick walk from old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic week here, everything was in line with the description and photos-or even better. The apartment met the needs of our family of 4. 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. It's always pleasantly shaded, with a huge terrace overlooking the sea. Clean, practical equipment and equipment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and parking. There is a hypermarket 12 minutes walk away. Terezija and Ivica are excellent hosts, never intrusive, but always available if you need anything. They were waiting with a homemade cake. We came home sadly. This part of Novi Vinodolski has dreamy, well-designed sunbathing spots, with steel bays to the sea every 30 meters. Shaded spots run out quickly, a sun tent, and sea shoes. There are a few small gravel bays where toddlers can safely paddle. Luckily, there's no jellyfish or seaweed, but there are fish, so it's worth snorkeling. It's more for families, it's not a party area. We loved it all!

Our stay at Zdenko's place in Opatija was absolutely exceptional! The house is modern, spacious, and very practically furnished. We found everything we could possibly need – from a hairdryer, iron, microwave, oven, to even a crib and toys for our one-year-old daughter. The on-site pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our small dog was also warmly welcomed by the hosts and had no trouble joining us on our vacation. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and always ready to help in any situation. They even surprised my wife with a small gift for her birthday, which made our stay even more special. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

For check-in and check-out we were greeted by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with your stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

We stayed in Sanja's apartment for a month and felt right at home there. The apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. Sanja left us lots of amazing goodies (wine, cheese, coffee, food) which came in handy as we checked in late and didn't need to rush to the store. She is such a friendly and warm host and human being. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. The great thing about the location of the apartment are the grocery and drug store across the street. Also a great dog groomer, as we had our dog with us. We walked down to the beach almost daily - a 15 minute walk downhill and a little bit longer back. A great exercise! :) The view from the balcony is amazing! We spent many mornings having our coffee there, admiring the (most) beautiful Adriatic. Thank you Sanja for being an awesome host. Your guests are lucky to have you!

It was really nice except for small defects ( ways to clean ) but super great! Everything available. Super big if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to come again. Recommended 99%
