House vacation rentals in Kotor

Tanja’s place is extremely lovely. The main balcony is huge with direct views over Budva, Old Town, and the bay out to the island of Hawaii. 2 of the bedrooms have their own balcony, with a 3rd having a back entrance stairway that leads down towards Old Town and Mogren Beach. Be aware that Budva is an extremely hilly place and Tanja’s place is up from the beach front. We could walk to Old Town in 10 minutes and Mogren Beach in under 15mins, but the stairs are plenty and steep. There is an alternative route along the road which takes a little longer to avoid the stairs if need be. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can cook your own meals. The shower is always hot and ready to go, with good pressure. The washing machine works very well, with 2 clothes racks to dry. The beds are comfy, the pillows are firm. Tanja’s was a very responsive host and check-in was seamless with clear details. All in all a very lovely experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

We had a great time at Rebecca's place. It's spacious, quiet & there are fantastic views of Kotor Bay from the balcony. As well as the 3 bedrooms shown in the photos there is a bathroom & a separate loo on the first floor. There is a immersion heater for each bathroom and the shower works well, plenty of hot water. There is a modern TV in the living room. There are lots of guide books and maps which were useful. The house is a short (2 minutes) steep drive off the coast road. It is walkable from the road, about 10 minutes, and we found this useful when going to restaurants or swimming at the bottom of the hill as suggested by other guests. We also found the hourly bus service into Kotor from the coast road useful. Another tip for future guests – we did a boat trip from Kotor & negotiated with the skipper to drop us back at Prcanj. For food we went to 2 local small grocery stores and the fantastic little bakery. We'd recommend restaurant Marija and for cheap food Tavern Baron Gautsch.

From the beginning, Danijela was incredibly communicative, flexible and always proactive in finding solutions. We had issues with our car due to unusually harsh storms and she helped us finding a mechanic to fix it the next day. Spotless place and definitely worth the money you will pay, although car is a necessity. Despite all the seat backs and bad weather we had an amazing time in Montenegro and if we ever come back, we will definitely check Danijela welcoming house!

It was a wonderful stay in every way. Special thanks to the host, who made us feel at home. It was truly even better than it looked in the photos. Definitely the kind of place I’d love to return to 🙂 I highly recommend it.

We got very lucky booking this place as a last minute planned trip. It was our first time in Kotor region and this apartment is really well located overall. Walkable to closest beach in 5 minutes. In 10 min you have a beach right next to a market with ice cold drinks! The apartment is really comfortable and clean. Oven was great to have. The A/C is super good. Bed and furniture really comfortable. Mladen is very communicative and generous. Hope to return, had an amazing stay!

The host is very nice, free pick up, the room is also very clean, there is salt oil, you can cook your own meals.We especially enjoyed the room.

everything was great. the owner showed where you can park on the territory, showed the apartment. it was very clean, the apartment is even better than in the photo. I will definitely come here again!

Djordje was really good host. He answered our all questions quickly and kindly. We arrived really late and he waited us for hours. House was super cool and clean it covered our all needs. Check-in and check-out was easy. We will definetly stay Djordje’s house if we come again:) Thank you!

It was our first stay in Montenegro and Jas and Rosa made it an unforgettable memory. Both were very helpful and made us feel quickly at home. The house and location are beautiful . Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Jelena and her family were incredible hosts, the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and view were magnificent. Definitely a house to be preferred on every trip. The location is great, all the historical cities are at your feet.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place with stunning scenery and a thoughtful host, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

This villa was even better than we thought it would be - spacious, clean and the view was outstanding. The location was perfect. You can walk easily to Kotor old town (about 10min walk) but still enjoy the quietness and peaceful environment. The house was big enough for 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had two baby beds aswell. There were 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and two smaller bedrooms with two seperate beds. 2 bathrooms and a small extra toilet. The kitchen was excellent for cooking. Perfect for bigger groups or families! The host was the kindest and answered to all of our messages right away. Thank you so much for having us!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

The hosts were great They’re communicating was top class It is a lovely place to stay on the outskirts of town but very cheap taxi fare to centre or nice walk

Petar the host has taken great care of us and was very attentive since we were surprised because it made us feel at home. When we arrived on the first day, just arriving already explained things from Kotor, gave us maps of the area and organized us a cheap and spectacular boat activity. We also had a small accident and he gave us some crutches we needed and it was a detail. We were very pleased and we are very grateful for all the deal and the stay. Would definitely go back to this house!
