This place and host deserves more than just 5 stars for sure. Everything was great, got everything you need as describe. Win (the Host of this Airbnb) was absolutely lovely and responsive to any inquiries. I asked for an additional duvet and it was sent shortly after my request. Place was spotlessly clean, and shower is great btw. You’ve got a Korean restaurant below the property, and a 24/7 7Eleven within 2 mins walk. Great place. 👍🏻

Thumbs up for cleanliness, space, view and responsiveness. When called about air con not functioning , owner got technician to rectify problem. Only downside is, no bath mat for toilets. Other than that everything is great. Recommended.

I am a returnee to this property and once again had a wonderful experience. The staff here are incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. This time, I had a last-minute request, and they went the extra mile to accommodate it, which I truly appreciated. Their dedication to excellent service is why I keep coming back. The apartment itself was fantastic—clean and truly felt home. The location is also quite convenient, being just about a 15-minute drive to town without traffic congestion.

Pleasant stay!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

The unit is great. And most importantly come with 2 car parks which is very needed. Recommended.

The location is good, and the check-in instructions are clear and easily understandable. The only downside to the property is that the shower door needs some fixing (cannot be closed properly) and the shower water heater makes a loud noise when used (perhaps time to change a new one). Other than that, happy with the stay and my family enjoyed Penang during our short holiday to the island.
