Hotel vacation rentals in Kota Kinabalu

First off, it's super close to the mall, which is a major win. There is an entrance in the fence at the hotel side, which makes the walk a lot shorter. The swimming pool is nice and spacious and the seating area is covered, making it a wonderful place to sit by the pool. Whether I was chilling by the pool or just hanging out in the lobby, the WiFi van Ming Garden was mostly on point. Major plus. The room itself is super comfy. The shower? Amazing. It's like a mini waterfall – so relaxing. One of the best showers we had during our travels in Asia. There is also a water filter in the room. No need to worry about buying bottled water. One more thing – they clean your room every week. You come back after a day out, and it's like a mini-hotel miracle.

Super service and tidy room. Air conditioning works well. Only the taxi driver indicated that this is not a safe neighborhood to go over the street at night as a foreigner. We didn't experience anything annoying and super good host.

The location was extremely convenient, placed right in the centre of everything that we wanted to do. The space was very clean, and was pleasantly surprised with all the extra items that were available to us at no extra cost, including powerbanks and umbrellas. The place was nice and clean, with all top of the line amenities. Hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, with regular check-ins without feeling intrusive. Will definitely consider returning for our next visit! ☺️

superb value for people coming in groups, nicely designed bedroom with bunk bed with curtains for privacy, it even has charging port and a little night light beside the bed!! the place is clean and with an ultimate view to a sea coast, and it's right opposite of a street full of bar and party places, all within walking distance. however it was abit confusing when we were checking in, there was no pre check in instruction,but luckily matt was responsive and linked us to one of their reception employee, and we were then felt welcomed. recommend this place A LOT, and will definitely visit again when we're back in kk.

We stayed here for one night in a twin room. It’s basic and you get what you pay for. Everything is clean and there is nothing to complain about. The staff is really helpful regarding any questions. But bring your own toilet paper because there wasn’t any in the bathroom.

Love the place & the area !! Would really definetly come to stay here again when i’m back at Kota Kinabalu. Kindest regards to the supervisor for being so kind & helpfull ! ☺️
