Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kota Kinabalu District

Stayed a night and it was so nice! Of all the airbnb Ive stayed, this one is easily one of my favorites! Bless the host, Ricky. He really ensured a great hospitality experience 👏 The unit is clean, the night view was spectacular. Just a bit bummer about the parking.. We tried to park at the residence carpark but it was full, basement parking also full.. but overall, I would stay here again!

A very good place for family n kids to relax n enjoy the facility. Going down from room have Food-well restaurant - kopiping ,99speedmard, Orange Convenience store,washing machine...etc. Friendly Ricky and great communicate with. Worth to stay in and will go again next time.

Shirley gave specific detailed instructions and it really helped for the check in and check out process. It really was helpful. The accommodation is the normal condo type and actually the 2nd bedroom is an addition and it is closed using a folding door. The place was quite spacious without clutter and had a TV box for chilling. Parking spot was a bit far from the elevator but manageable as it is private parking for residents only and quite empty. All in all, would love to come and stay again at this unit.

Pinky is a nice,easy going and flexible host. She always try her best to reply promptly, extra thanks for letting us a late check out due to pm flight. The apartment is spacious with a wonderful view of Shaba. Wi-Fi is strong and can enjoy many nice movies in Cinemax. Location is perfect, walking distance to IMAGO in a minute, with food court and many nice restaurants. My family enjoyed the time staying in the apartment, thanks Pinky!

Nice apartment that suited our family for our extended stay in Sabah. Small issue with the AC was quickly sorted with minimal fuss. Apartment was well equipped. Imago mall downstairs has everything a family needs and Grab got us around efficiently and affordably. Very much recommended.

Self check-in is very convenient, the neighborhood is good, the facilities in the house are very full, there are everything you need for life, all kinds of small appliances, tableware, perfect for families, and children's facilities, the house is clean and tidy, the balcony can see the sea, the sunset, the view is very beautiful!Free parking space in the community provided by the host.Host is responsive and quick to deal with issues.Highly recommended.

From start to finish Theresa was very proactive and responsive to all our questions and requirements. We had some very minor issues which were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent with views over the bay. Definitely stay again .
