A very lovely place equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice surroundings. Mark is a great host and there when you need him. Just hope the wifi could get better during our next visits. We had a great stay anyway! Truly a hidden gem.

Although it's an older house, it is well-maintained and cosy. The space is very spacious and a pleasant place to stay. There is an extra room at the back, making it more than enough for 13 of us. It's within walking distance to nearby restaurants with great food. The location is very quiet, although it's common to hear dogs barking and roosters crowing as it is in a residential neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, so all you need to bring is your bag and check in without any worries.

Kenny is a very funny guy. He’s a very nice host and this place is very suitable for family and a big group of people. It is located at the center of everything but of course you need your own card to commute to this place so if you are from West Malaysia, renting a car and want to stop by in KK. I think this is a goodplace.

Era Suites is superb on its own. Clean and tidy. They provide everything you need for a hassle-free stay. But two things (not directly related to Era Suites) that I wish wasn’t part of the experience. 1. Paid parking even for stay-in guests. I understand the paid parking for public but parking fee for stay-in guests should be waived. I paid parking fees of RM27+- for a 3D2N stay. Andddd the payment system is giving ✨problem✨. 1 time I have to reverse because 1 car’s payment didn’t went through. I thought probably card declined. Then it happened to me! No matter how long you tap your card, it won’t go through. I have to call the person in charge & paid cash! What a hassle! 2. Elevator The building has 4 working elevators but the wait is super long. 1 time my elderly mother and I have to wait for 10 minutes ++ to go up from level 1 to level 19! A little better if you’re going down. Overall experience was nice but I personally won’t repeat solely because of the above mentioned issues.

Everything else was fine. the place was at the center of the city, a lot of people with cars therefore the parking is moderately hard to get. we had to circle 3times until we get a parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Alex's place! The apartment was immaculately clean and situated in a beautiful surrounding. I was initially concerned about previous reviews mentioning a broken air conditioning unit, but I'm happy to report that it has been fixed. We also enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Alex's recommended restaurant nearby. Additionally, Alex went above and beyond by organizing a tour for us to explore KK, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, we had a great time staying at Alex's place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Alex!
