Vacation rentals in Korpikylä

Pello is a little more secluded village but here are a lot of great experiences. For example, we did a great husky tour at soulmate huskies 20 minutes from the cottage. Furthermore, we made a nice visit to a reindeerfarm (reindeer lake resort puolukkamaan pirtit) and a ski resort (Ritavalkea) where you can also eat, drink and free sledding outside. All this in a half hour drive from the property. There is also a lot less light pollution here and you increase the chance of seeing the aurora borealis. The cottage where we were allowed to stay was spacious, clean and met our expectations. Paul was a very good host and also responded immediately if we had a question.

We were absolutely blown away with the hospitality provided by Paula, she really couldn't do enough for our group. The house was very clean and spacious with everything provided for self catering. Paula really went over and above. We were lucky enough to spend the day at another property of Paula's which was right on the lake, where we were provided with all fishing equipment to allow us to drill our own holes through the ice to try our luck at fishing. Paula had a skating ring lasered on the iced over lake by a tractor allowing us to ride the fat wheel bikes and ice-skate. We were so appreciative for the equipment Paula provided allowing us to experience these activities which certainly made our stay even more amazing. We also got to see the Northern lights 3 nights out of our 5 night stay. We thank you Paula for making our stay very special. Highly recommend.

We felt right at Christin's place! Very beautiful and cozy cottage in the middle of nature. We used the option to rent fatbikes and it was a great experience we recommend! Christian is a great host and alerted us to the northern lights, which we didn't miss. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house by the frozen river. You will feel at home and you really have everything at your disposal, there is nothing missing. The dependency with the barbecue and spa is just exceptional, nothing better when you come home after a cold day. Close to kemi and 1h25 from Rovaniemi.

UNIQUE! This is an absolute gem of a place to stay in the Rovaniemi area. I would happily repeat and recommend anyone this amazing stay.

This home is extremely clean, and exactly like the pictures shown. It is very comfortable with beautiful surroundings, a fire pit at the water side, outdoor hot tub and indoor sauna. The house was lovely and warm despite the -29 degree temperatures outside. We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 2 children and loved it. The house is approximately 1hr 20 mins drive from Santa Park and Santa Village. There is a supermarket and pizza takeaway approx. 10 mins drive. We visited Old Pine Husky Lodge during our stay (approximately 40 mins drive away) and would definitely recommend! Anna was responsive to all of our questions beforehand and our stay was extremely enjoyable! Thank you!

Tidy and decent accommodation. A perfect stop on the way to Ylläs. Everything was working fine.

Sonja’s place is one of those gems from the past. It is a charming old cottage- well decorated, extremely clean, beautifully maintained and in absolutely lovely surroundings. 1 night was not enough here- will need to come back here again in the summer for longer. Thank you, Sonja for the thoughtful touches- the candles and the tasty pastries. Thank you for allowing us to checkout late! It was lovely meeting you and Acton (the doggy).
