Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kooragang

Couldn’t fault our stay it was 5*, the photos don’t do the place justice, the apartment was excellent and was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, Lisa was a fabulous host, location was brilliant. Will definitely be back and recommending to family and friends. 😊

Ainslie and Dan's place is outstanding in every way. It is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and well-equiped for self-catering. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. The upstairs living room has a balcony with a view of Lake Macquarie where you can watch lovely sunrises. The availability of a double garage was super helpful as we have elderly parents and this meant that they were able to enter the house on the flat. The area is quiet and the lake is a short walk down a short but steep hill which presents no problem for those who are fit. Toronto is just a few minutes drive or about a 10 minute walk where there are lovely coffee shops. I highly recommend Ainslie and Dan's place. We had a wonderful stay.

Definitely a must visit if you’re considering it. SO worth it in every way. We had the best time soaking up all that this beautiful place had to offer from cooking in the kitchen, resting in many comfy and cosy resting areas in and outside, being in the water in the pool and hot tub, walking the surrounds, spotting so much wildlife and just being. The space was so clean and the finer details in every nook and cranny where amazing. The host is friendly, kind, thoughtful and provided the best hospitality and privacy too. Best few days we’ve had for a while - thank you 🥰

We had a lovely stay, the place is so clean and tidy, exactly how it looked in the photos. Lynn made sure we are comfortable during our stay. Location is perfect, near the town proper. Our fur baby 🦮enjoyed his walks too. Highly recommended. Thanks Lynn, we had a great time ☺️

We had a great family vacation at Susan's place. Susan's house was very cosy with all the amenities required. Highly recommended. Susan was very accommodating to all our needs.

Absolute chilled after this weekend at Blackwood Lodge. Close to nature. Great location. Fantastic decor. Amazing amenities. Selection of wines was a +++. We ended up enjoying the home so much... that we didn't travel to far during the day. We met a brown snake in the garden, and loves the morning and evening kanga mob! We will be back [to explore the "actual"hunyer.... If we can get ourselves to leave "Blackwood lodge"].

Without a doubt, the best and most luxurious Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The house was well-appointed, beautifully decorated, and the breakfast included everything you could expect. The house and acreage are located in a very private space, nestled between adjacent vineyards, and well away from any traffic. The views of the mountains from the verandah are superb; we enjoyed a generously supplied breakfast while watching the early morning kangaroos hopping along the property boundaries. Seeing the balloonists in the distance launch, ascend, and float overhead was an unexpected bonus to a fantastic stay.

We stayed here for a weekend in the Hunter with friends. The space was great, comfortable and a short drive from wineries. Marcus was easy to communicate with too.

Beautiful location. Close to shops and the beach. House itself was so clean and well presented, could tell they put a lot of effort in with cleaning. Great with communication and flexible with check in time. Hosts have taken a lot of time and effort to put together a folder of recommendations which I thought was a nice touch even though I didn’t have much time to explore! Loved my stay.

Beautiful view over the bay which was relatively private, short walk to beach and short drive to the shops. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend away with the family. It has a modern coastal vibe and theme and would definitely consider staying again!

Clean, bright and such an interesting space to be in. Mel and Adam were friendly and easy to communicate with while also providing us with privacy. Easy walk to Newcastle Interchange and Beaumont Street made it possible to reach all the best spots in Newcastle. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very cute, well equipped and with a nice outdoor terrace. Great location too, walking distance from everything in Brooklyn. We would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The apartment was surprisingly spacious and despite being in a convenient location, it was wonderfully quiet, ensuring peaceful nights and restful mornings. We loved the calming atmosphere and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

Lovely clean apartment, great location and a very accommodating host. I had a very early morning flight and because nobody had been in the apartment the night before, Janet let me in super early, which was very much appreciated.

wow these people know how to do it, they should be teaching other BNBers how to do it right. They offer privacy, tranquility, nothing is missed everything is laid on and the care and consideration with which they have arranged this BNB is obvious. Their attention to detail is remarkable. When next in Port Stephens we will be sure to book again.

Best place ever!!! So happy with my stay here at Allan’s place! Not only was the place beautiful and quite spacious and a very comfortable bed, the views were amazing better than expected!!! I loved watching the sunrise each morning it was the highlight of my time and the birds are so beautiful. The place was also very clean and tidy. Terrigal is a beautiful place. Allan would have to be the best airbnb host I have ever had! I came to Gosford for surgery and spent the extra time recovering in this airbnb. It was an oasis and what I needed for my recovery and more. Allan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I will be back!! :)

What a fabulous little getaway just 90 mins out of Sydney. My wife and our 8 year old had a great time at Willa Willa. A real nursery rhyme collection of lovely animals including sheep, a donkey, an alpaca, Shetland pony, chickens and peacocks. In a very eclectic and rustic property. Highly recommended - and the Chinese takeaway in Peats Ridge was amazing old school Chinese. Will definitely return. Thanks Kim 🙌

We really enjoyed our time there. Outstanding home made breakfast and cordiality from both of you. The room, garden and house are beautiful. We would definitely book again if we come back to Nelson Bay.

Great stay! Lovely patio to watch the birds in the Grevilleas, and just across the road from magical ocean views and boardwalk. Nice and central, and Ian is ready to help. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for our two day stay in Port Stephen. It was clean, comfortable and walking distance from everything. It gave us such a homely feel after being travelling for 5 months. Anne is a lovely host, left us a breakfast in fridge, cleaned our dishes once we were done and she gave us our own space but if we needed anything she was very attentive. I would highly recommend staying here and if we ever found ourselves back in Nelson Bay I would 100% book again! Thanks Anne for the perfect stay!
