Amazing place for a vacation. Care taker Hitesh was extremely nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Poulomi is a super host, very responsive and took care the moment you book from Air BNB, always available on the phone and shares clear instructions. the food is good and reasonable, it's a fully stocked kitchen making it convenient for elders and kids. Monica is the house maid and she is super helpful and her food quality is great and very accommodating to what you ask. Rupali takes care of the cleanliness and does a good job. The electricity may fluctuate but Poulomi is very responsive and caters quickly.

Both the location and the villa are very beautiful. Redi beach was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every member of staff ensured we felt right at home. Food was simple homestyle and good. Even non spicy options like roti, daal, rice can be ordered if travelling with kids. Only slight glitch was there was no water in bathroom couple of times due to electrical fluctuations but they fixed it in few minutes as soon as we called. Wifi is good. Only geo sim had little coverage. Other network providers didn't work in area.

It was an amazing experience, the host was very responsive, their team ensured that they communicated with us all the way through, right from helping us identify the location to extending our check out by roughly an hour. The house is done really well, particularly the downstairs and the common areas. The pool was sparkling. I wish the kitchen was a little more well equipped but other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous

Nisha has been an extremely accomodative and helpful host providing with all possible additional arrangements as well to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. we had a family gathering and enjoyed to the fullest. Could not be better.

Our stay at this property was very good. The place is huge, and we all had a great time playing cricket, badminton, polo, and table tennis. Swimming pool was also good. The chef is excellent and prepared delicious meals every day. The attendants were attentive and took good care of us. The only suggestion I have is that the bathroom tiles could use some updating as they look rusty and old. Overall, we had an amazing time at the property and enjoyed every moment.

I know the price may look a little steep but its definitely worth every single penny. The place is beyond beautiful. The pictures and the place matches so if you are expectations are high, the place will live up to it. The common area, the rooms, the pool area, the kitchen, the helper, I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I definitely recommend anyone with a big group to pick this property

We had a great time. We used all the 8 rooms. The swimming is kept clean and all the room balconies open to the pool. The living room is luxurious and spacious. They have a cook and a housekeeping staff who is available from 8am to 11pm. The staff is helpful and efficient. Sahil is a great host and is very responsive. Thank you so much 😊

We had the best time at Bougainvilla, thanks to Rima and her wonderful team! Once you arrive, the place is a beautiful oasis; not too far from the Mumbai airport, but feels ages away from the hustle and bustle. The house is furnished beautifully and comfortably. The sea views and breeze only added to the magic. And we all just lived in the pool in the afternoons! The staff led by Parshuram ji was attentive and helpful, and their homemade food was delicious and nourishing. We were visiting with the family, and this was an excellent place to just unwind and relax. We airbnb a fair amount, but this was the best airbnb stay we've ever had!

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful weekend at a stunning villa that exceeded all my expectations. The villa itself was impeccably maintained, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The surrounding landscapes were breathtaking, providing a serene and picturesque setting. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, making dining a delightful experience, and the spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, adding to the overall relaxation. Our host was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. It was truly a perfect getaway, and I can't wait to return!

The property is pretty, clean and well maintained. Loved the garden and the pool, it is even better than the pictures. It was a comfortable stay for the 5 of us. Usha tai made homely food. The entire villa gave a very homely and comfortable vibe. We could stay out near the pool until late and made bbq in the garden. Overall a very pleasant experience. The travel could be a bit of a hassle but it was worth it.

It was a really great stay. Yulia and her caretaker Sameer both are really nice. Once checked in Sameer helped us with everything. Really great guy. Kudos to him. Yulia is a great host. Always helping and providing all required information. Thanks for helping us on check-in.

Amazing stay and an energetic staff who is so hospital and warm that it makes you feel at home. Lovely time spent with friends and family. Kids absolutely loved it.

The Property is mind blowing with all the amenities and the Host and the Care taker is very Responsive, they use to call and check is there any issue to find the place, Property has the swimming pool which is the main attraction, the Rooms was kept very clean, If anyone wants to visit Lonavla, then this place is highly recommended, will definitely book this Property if again we plan for Lonavla, Overall the stay was Awesome, Thank You For Hosting.

The place is good and on a quite street. We reached at around 2:00 Pm as the main access road railway line crossing to the property was closed. The food was nice and we had overordered. The cook was responsive and food was tasty and delicious. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom in the room on the ground floor has a foul smell which maybe looked into. We opened the bathroom window as the exhaust though working was not able to do the job. Besides this , the pictures and the location matched. On the day of the visit , Sri Kapadia had informed through message that part of the lawn was being relayed. The property manager Mohsin however said that the entire grass area was out of bounds. The ladies in the group went to take few photographs near the pool and happened to step on the grass near the pool which had not been relayed, this led Sri Mohsin to ask for them to leave the place. It was a bad experience and sore note. No outdoors was possible as a result.
