Highly recommended! The location of the apartment is great, close to everything you need like it is mentioned in description. Everything was very clean and well equipped with great care for details. Asel is really great host, very polite and available for all question. She helped with the plane ticket and taxi to the airport. Simply - superb apartment, great host.

Spent two days as a guest. I'll split the review in two. Pros - Great location in a scenic and private location - There is silence around, after the city it was a little scary, only a couple of hours later I didn't want to leave anywhere. - A large area, it was very nice to lie on the lawn under the shade of chestnuts. - The apple orchard on the property, assuming that in the spring it is very beautiful to bloom. - Clean air and mountain view from the second floor - Big house, we were in our own, but there is a lot of space for the company. - Friendly hosts, always happy to help answer questions or help drive from/to the border or to Ala Archu. - Nearby is Ala Archie, you can leave in the morning to walk along the trails or climb to the peaks(unfortunately we did not visit) Features (I did not belong to the disadvantages, because this is very subjective): - There is no food delivery, but this is not a problem, you can get to cafes that are not so far away (10-15 minutes by car) - There was no problem with taxis when you had to go for groceries - the car was fast

Nadiya is responsive and guided us well to the stay. The home is nice, checkin instructions are pretty much clear. I would recommend this place if you are looking for walkable super market, mall and restaurants.

I’m super happy I booked this apartment I must say it was better than the photos it was super spacious and clean everything was in great shape. The apartment location is great right next to some amazing cafes and a mini mart right under the building. This was definitely a great apartment will choose again if I come to Bishkek. Additionally furkhat was a great host super responsive and helpful and was very efficient at resolving all matter he also helped to upgrade the speed of the internet so I could work more easily, a great respectable host 💖

convenient check-in, the host is in touch and provided detailed instructions, there is no elevator in the house and a little remote from the center, but it was not a surprise and definitely not a problem for the host. In general, the experience is positive

It was a pleasure to stay at Iskender's place! In my previous stays, me and my husbands usually stayed in hotels, but Iskender's place turned out to be a better option! The apartment is in a new and modern apartment building, the apartment is new and well designed. It has all the amentities you need during travels. Iskender was super helpful and friendly with messages. He helped me sort out a booking error, and also organized a transfer from the airport. His assistant is also very helpful and friendly. I totally recommend, and will definitely come back in the future!

Apartment is located on 15th floor of a complex with nice views of the city and walking distance to the city centre and major attractions. It is bright and roomy with all facilities suitable for long and short stay. There is a 24/7 Asia supermarket underneath the building as well as two very good restaurants and a pharmacy. Excellent communication with the host who met us at the Asia and took us to the apartment. She also allowed our late checkout. Make sure to get her number so that you can communicate at arrival if necessary. We enjoyed our stay here and fully recommend it.
