Waterfront vacation rentals in Koh Pich

Lin and her team were fabulous hosts! The unit was clean, easily accessible, perfectly located and had beautiful views from the balcony. The space was a little small, but very homey. Treats and water were provided that were greatly appreciated. It is close to a pier where you can take sunset cruises and to many excellent restaurants. There is a little pub across the street with a great band on Sunday nights. Highly recommend this place and Lin!

I loved staying here, Juan was so helpful and kind, which was just what I needed at the time. the space was big and exactly like the photos, it felt like home while I was there and enjoyed having a proper space to relax in and to work from. I used the pool a couple of times too which was nice. Juan gave me lots of tips for the area and even gave me a little tour. I would definitely stay there again, wonderful views across the Mekong too. Thank you.

We had a valentine's staycation with the family and it was absolutely perfect - felt like a real holiday away from the rest of Phnom Penh. The views from the condo are spectacular and the whole development is brilliantly designed to make the most of the riverside setting. Big open grass area for the kids to run around and swimming pools. Condo is really nicely done with everything you need and we particularly liked the artwork on the walls. Great hosts, really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend it and hope to get back soon!

Cambodia is one of our remaining 44 least developed nations. Treat it as such and beware of our “presentism” bias. It has a long and rich history, some of it very difficult. There is a simple rural lifestyle out there that has not changed much in centuries and is beautiful to witness - the cities have a lot to catch up in modern plumbing and safety standards…which takes a tax base. Some nice rooftop lounges within walking distance where you can see the lights nicely at night. It is a challenging city to walk in and advise getting some proficiency in using TukTuks. Suggest only renting a motorbike if you have some city experience on one…but they are a great way of getting around if you have that.

If you have kids, there’s even a small separate room for little ones to sleep nearby—a thoughtful perk for families. We loved the place. Outside the city center with a stunning view to the skyline and Mekong. Spent the mornings at the pool. Easy to get a tuktuk. Good beds. Loved it!

The apartment is absolutely as beautiful as photos on the pages. It was our first time to made a living reservation on Airbnb as well. I won’t forget how beautiful the night view from the room, how romantic the swimming pool is and such wonderful experience here. Thanks for everything.
