Vacation rentals with beach access in Ko Yao Yai

We really enjoyed our 1 month stay at Mike's apartment. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. A large apartment that has a comfortable bed, very good air cons, ceiling fans, nice kitchen with everything you need, hot water in the shower, large living room with comfortable chairs and a large comfortable couch. The apartment is very clean and somehow there are no bugs at all. The front balcony is really nice. It is shaded, has a ceiling fan, a table with chairs, and a couch. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. Housekeepers came 3 times a week. Grounds are kept neat and clean. The pool is super nice. All of the complex staff are very nice. The people staying at the complex were also very nice. It was always very quiet there. The complex is on a quiet road on the southern end of Phuket. There is a lot close by but it would be best if you had a car or motorbike. Laundry service across the street and 7/11 is easily walkable. I would highly recommend Mike and his apartment!

Great unit, 2 bedrooms, luxurious, with well equipped kitchen. great co-working space and restaurants on the ground with ocean front. Can recommend.

Great communication with hosts. Apartment is away from the street so nice and quiet. Very clean space with everything you need for a short stay, if cooking or longer stay the kitchen layout may be bothersome. We did have a problem with the WiFi in the room but was fixed after a few days.

Kurt is a wonderful host! He met us at the house when we arrived by taxi, took us into the house and showed us everything. He always answered any of our questions with a smile and gave advice. The accommodation is very clean, the bed was remade once a week. Complete privacy, beautiful scenery and convenient location. Thank you very much for a wonderful two weeks!

We had a great stay at Fred’s apartment. It was extremely clean and an amazing view. Fred was very accommodating and made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend to others. It is a great location for the beach and strip. Thanks again!

Jet’s place is clean and spacious and near the beach. There are good restaurants nearby as well. Jet is also a super communicative host with many good recommendations. Only thing to note that the accoms is slightly far from the airport so do buffer 1.5 hours to go to the airport if you decide to book. Overall. I would recommend this accoms!

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

perfect spot for the quiet side of Phuket. very convenient for scuba diving! we loved the private pool and shared pool was never crowded. the beach is lovely to walk on and it’s fun to watch the kite surfing! really lovely and comfortable place for a group. highly recommend!

What a hit! We couldn't stay better than we did in our two weeks in Ao Nang. The house is spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you might need as well as a very appreciated pool. The host couple Christer and Ning were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. If we go back to this amazing, beautiful part of Thailand, the house in Ao Nang Gardens is an obvious choice.

What can I say.. Michael’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, quiet but yet a 5-10 minute walk to the main hassle and bustle. Kara beach only 10-15 minutes a walk. The villa its self is amazing packed with everything you need for your stay. Cleaner cane I twice during our stay along with he pool guys cleaning the pool.! Michael was the perfect host helped us with tickets to the water park and taxis. I cannot fault him or his villa one bit I would highly recommend and we would love to stay again! Thank you for giving us an amazing holiday villa!

A beautiful accommodation near the sea where you can go jogging along the beach every morning. There are many great restaurants with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere nearby. Khun Kai, the owner, provided wine to celebrate the New Year and gave memorable souvenirs. On New Year’s Eve, there were fireworks along the beach, and the sea view across was stunning. Not to be missed is the breathtaking sunset, so beautiful you won’t want to look away. Thank you for the excellent accommodation, great service, and the attentive care from the housekeeping staff. I hope to return here again.

Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying morning coffee on the balcony with a panoramic ocean view was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, providing a tranquil retreat while being close to all necessary amenities. We found shops, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short walk away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The interior was tastefully decorated, clean, and spacious, providing a perfect home away from home. Belvis was always available to assist us. The villa is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent hosts! Jamie and Tisha’s place is gorgeous, clean, well-maintained in a vibrant area. They both went above and beyond to make us feel safe and at home. Close to beautiful Rawai and Nai Harn beaches, great restaurants and bars. Would definitely book again!

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Great apartment great location

Me and my family really loved the place. Beaches are nearby, 7 store nearby.. and also the place has loads of pool area, sauna etc. We felt super safe staying in this place and security is amazing too. Max and his team helped us a lot too. Appreciate for the whole team members.

You can feel as in home, thanks to the all small details in flat. The view through all day give you smile on your face and night bathtube make you a sens of good relaxation. Strong recommendation- add this to your bucket list. Perfect for couples and families.

Amazing stay. Rawai is beautiful

We had a great month long stay in this apartment. Nadia and her husband were always around and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The apartment is well stocked with essentials and very roomy with 2 bedrooms and an amazing view to start everyday with. It should be noted however during our stay the power went out 3 times, one of the times it was off for ~6 hours. This isn’t the fault of the Airbnb though as the power was out for the whole area. Also for people needing to work from the property, the WiFi was unusable for calls. We relied on our mobile internet for the length of our stay however Nadia also let us know they are planning to have fiber soon. There is good 5G coverage here and a SIM card is cheap as a backup option. The apartments location in Khlong Muang is also quite far from necessary facilities like a gym or supermarket so a car or scooter is essential. We hired the car with the help of Nadia and it was great and reasonably priced for our whole stay.

The place was really nice and relaxing to stay at and enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would happily stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Yana’s beautiful apartment. Around a 15-20 mins walk to Nai Harn beach with so many different eateries, cafes and massages nearby.
