Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ko Yao District

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here at SeaSky resort in Koh Phi Phi 🥰 the stay was AMAZING. The views were incredible, the free breakfast, coffee, orange juice, and tea were the highlight of my morning. The walk to the town is only like 10-15 min max, you can find everything there. I definitely am coming back! Thank you so much to you Atikan and your staff, you are all great 😇

Very nice place! Comfortable bedroom, full sleep, great service, super responsive, very imprinted, very kind owner! Most importantly, it is very convenient to stay near old town. It's super easy to find food or take photos. Anyone visiting Phuket, recommend this place. 🥰

We spent a week here, and although at first, it seemed quieter than we expected, we were ultimately glad we chose this place. Sukanya is the heart of the resort - dedicated, helpful, and always with a smile on her face. The rooms looked just like in the pictures - nice, clean, and the air conditioning was very pleasant in these temperatures. The resort also offers several new scooters for rent, which is a huge plus. The pool had crystal-clear water, and the entire surrounding area was beautifully maintained.

It's impossible to describe how happy we were at this wonder place! There is no way a picture can capture the view, the feeling, and comfort this home has to offer. The expansive panoramic view was breathtaking, especially from the salt water pool. Calling local Masseuse for a private poolside session is what I recommend as well. Khun Bha ( house keeper ), can arrange that for you. Sri Panwa staffs were all very friendly, and always so helpful. All the amenities were available for us to use and easy to get access to by the Took Took provided by the resort. Khun Bha, was so wonderful and sweet, she was so resourceful and had all the knowledge of Phuket. Plus she is a good cook. I cried when we had to leave, it really feel like I was leaving my family. She really made the stay feel like visiting family. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you so much Bruno for sharing this little heaven with my family.

Very good stay experience.The welcome fruits were prepared on the first day and it was a very good experience.The room is cleaned daily and extremely clean.The pool was directly facing the ocean and my kids had to jump in several times a day.The waiter came in the morning to cook breakfast and it was touching. If you are staying with children, it is recommended that you can go down to the sea to grab crab when the tide is low, we have at least a few dozen, and we are very happy. The only suggestion would be if the breakfast could have been a bit more enriched, like some changes every day, it would have been better.

Great location, close to the best beaches, clean and few tourists. The apartment is spacious and convenient. I recommend it

Stayed for 8 days and 7 nights. Felt right at home. Extremely nice staff, unit was cleaned every day, inexpensive laundry, and nearby activities

Paradise. Loved every minute. Amazing location.

WiFi is slow. But the pool is amazing some days i had it to myself. The road outside is busy but a set of lights 100 meters up the road provides safe crossing. I stayed here for 2 momths and trained muay thai and felt no hassle making it to classes. Bike rental was easy and made getting around alot easier.

The space was beautiful! The sea view was amazing, the staff was welcoming and very responsive, many services are available (taxi, cart to take us to the beach, spa...), I will be happy to go back!

I had a great stay at Sathiyas & Afeef Airbnb. The check in was super easy. Highlights included the nearby coffee shop serving delicious food and the cozy decor of the room, complete with all amenities needed. This Airbnb is highly recommended for those seeking a charming and friendly stay in Phuket.

Host was so nice and very welcoming! Self check-in was really easy and I loved staying there! Would definitely go back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lanlay Homestay. It was all I'd expected, right in the middle of the jungle and far away from the tourist areas. It's a great place if you're looking to relax and enjoy the serenity of nature. Mr Charin was very kind and helpful. He invited me to join in the group trips to the different islands, mangrove forests etc. The staff had delicious meals prepared so we could have picnics on the beach or by a fishing village. I had a great time seeing all the beautiful places of Krabi. The only drawback is that the beach is not close by so if you are looking for a beach holiday then you should be prepared to travel to the nearby beach AoNang which is around 2 hours from Mr. Charins place. Other than that a perfect budget friendly place with good breakfast and dinner is also available on request. WiFi is perfect as t the restaurant area which is also perfect for just relaxing and soaking in the sun!

We had a great time at Baan Tubkaek hotel which is the right on the beach with everything you need. Really enjoy the atmosphere specially the view of the sunrise and sunset that you can see from your room. Breakfast also Super nice. They prepared for us different kind of breakfast for each day. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. All the meals are delicious even though the food portion is a bit small and expensive but all the foods are expensive in this beach. Jiraporn is very nice lady and she helped us to advice about coronavirus situation in Krabi. All the tours were as usual currently in Krabi. I would recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Organized longtail access from Chalong pier. Arrived on a deserted beach (it feels good). Individual bungalow, 3 swimming pools and a very decent restaurant with lovely staff. We loved it and recommend it to those who like tranquility.

Even though the house is part of a larger resort, it offers a lot of privacy. The view is breathtaking and the resort restaurant offers very nice meals for a decent price. You can also pay small fees for extra services like bot taxi to town or laundry. Overall a great stay!
