Kevin's place is spacious and make us feel like home. Kevin is responsive and helpful. When we told him something in need, he arrange that for us quickly even it is on boxing day. Highly recommend Kevin's place and I would like to stay again when I come to Melbourne next time.

Good location - close to mall and market, Joanne is very quick to respond to any communication. I come to Dandenong every holiday season and would stay here again. I recommend to everybody.,

Very clean and tidy place, beautiful views just like the pictures. Mentioned to Rita that I was getting married and she let me checkout 1hr later, and left a card and a little gift. Very nice place for a groups of guys to get together or a couple and kid(s).

The place was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. Everything was as described and the attention to detail regarding amenities, cleanliness and decor did not go unnoticed by us. We also loved the proximity to the beach and local amenities. In addition, Yanyan was a friendly, approachable and proactive host that ensured our stay was amazing!

We have a very memorable stay @lex place. Very convenient stay. We really feel at home. We like to cook our own dishes, and has no problem as the wooly and asian store just downstairs. Definitely recommend to others and will definitely return someday.

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

we spend 11 days in the house with a family of 6, and had a lovely time. although you can tell the house is only rented out and therefore lacks a bit of coziness, it was super functional and everything worked well except for the wifi but we didn't need it anyway. the location is in a super quiet neighbourhood with the a nice woolworths supermarket and very nice bakery just 2min by car. reccommended!

Very close to train station and shops. Take the bus to 1000 steps/Kokoda Trail, about 4.5km away.

Mr. Mazda was friendly and kind. I felt very comfortable during the 9 days. I will stay here again if I have the chance!

The house is very spacious, and the rooms are comfortable, making it ideal for large families. The beds are big and very comfortable. However, the downside is that the internet is a bit slow, and the TV lags sometimes.

Fantastic stay in Melbourne whilst visiting family. We enjoyed spending time together and having the pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to any requests. The house was in a lovely neighbourhood and handy for shops and restaurants.

Great spot for our work trip and had what we needed. Comfortable beds too. Recommend!

My family and I had a lovely time here! The place was clean and easily accessible for my mum who has limited mobility. Nikita was very quick with her responses and we especially loved the early check in and late check out options! Will stay again if we are in the area!

Awesome place. Andrew was excellent right from the booking stage. Very friendly and responsive. He kept hold of our bags after check out too. The apartment was great. Extremely clean and comfortable. The great views were an added bonus. So too the pool and hot tub access. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Andrew.

A great location within walking distance to Central Melbourne. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood just across three street from a park and a full-size Woolworths, which was very convenient. The apartment was airy, spacious, quiet and well equipped, and the on-site pool and gym were great amenities. We would be happy to go back to Mary's place.

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.

will definitely stay here again. flexible check in / check out. Daniela is responsive, friendly and welcoming. we walked in to a hand written note, chocolates and a bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Apartment is beautiful and clean.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location for sure. we loved the heritage building, the only thing that was a bit of an issue, specifically just for my family group was the accessibility a little bit. There is an elevator which is great, but you have to walk up or down a flight of stairs to get to it. Sadly that was not known when booking and would ordinarily not be an issue, but we had one of our travel members this time travelling had difficulty with the stairs. But other than that, it was fantastic. Would definitely book again!

Great place. Big tv. Comfy beds. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. Quiet.

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
