Private 1 bedroom suite

A lovely and cozy spot to see some of the sites on the Ring of Kerry. Caherciveen is the local town, which has everything you need. Sean was very friendly and responsive. The quarters were clean and had all the amenities, including some baked goods and oj, coffee and milk. No stove top, but a fine oven and microwave. My wife was very happy to feed the 2 goats with milk and leaves. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment, the location, and Sean as a welcoming host.

Wonderful location - we spent 4 nights and it was a great central point for all the places we wanted to go. Easily housed our family of 6! We stocked up on groceries and packed lunches. Walking distance to a restaurant and corner store. The only tricky part was learning how to operate the stove/oven for the first time, but we figured it out! The washer and dryer were a godsend for our family!

Cozy Irish Cottage with View

A. CassieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I spent 11 wonderful days in Ireland. Stayed in many places but this one BY FAR the best one of all. We loved everything about the home. Very family friendly, very cozy. Host was so helpful with our questions and needs. It is a little ways out from some of the things we wanted to do but it was totally worth it. Once we got used to the area the drive to certain places was not too bad. The things to do link provided by the host was so appreciated. Thank you so much. We are planning to return in 5-6 years (not cheap to travel with a family of more than 4) and we hope this place is available because we definitely will return!!! Thank you so much for the stay.

Sarahā€™s Haven

John's place was larger than expected, with everything we needed for a five-night stay. He and his family were super helpful when our car broke down and when we needed help with an appliance. Beds were comfortable and we slept so well, enjoying the sunrise from the back rooms and mountain views from the massive garden.

Large house close to town

LesiaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Maureen is a wonderful host. We had a late check-in, she waited for us, told us how and what to use in the house, recommended places to visit, bought us food, which was very nice of her. The house is located on a tranquil street, but at the same time, there is a shop nearby and only about 30 minutes to the city center. All photos correspond to reality. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and we felt at home. Many thanks, Maureen, we had a lovely stay and will be happy to return to your home again!

This was a great stay. The host, Myra, was wonderful. We were greeted with tasty scones and a half dozen farm fresh eggs. Myra provided us with ideas for our trips and places to eat. It was a quiet, peaceful place to stay. She had a two inch thick book with stuff to do--hiking, castles and much Irish history. I learned a lot from the book and when I return. there's much in it I plan on exploring.
