Felix was a super accommodating host! The apartment was very nicely decorated and you felt right at home! The sauna was also a real highlight! Always happy to come back!!

Perfect stay – highly recommended! Our stay at this place was just fantastic! Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable thanks to the warm welcome and the loving furnishings. This is very clean and also designed with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone with passion is a host here. The location is ideal, everything is easily accessible, and yet we were able to relax wonderfully here. Toboggan mountains are also nearby - perfect! I was particularly impressed by the amenities – there was nothing missing! From the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen to small extras that have made the stay even more pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, friendly and helpful. I would really highly recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We spent four beautiful nights at this stylish cottage. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and ideally located to reach the Fichtelberg, Boží Dar and numerous hiking routes. Perfect for a relaxed and eventful stay. Clear recommendation!

Katrin recorded me and my band and met us directly with the check-in, although I announced a different time at the beginning. She was open to us and even helped us make the beds, as we had very little time at check-in. Everything was really clean. Since the house is very secluded, it was just the place for us to sleep relaxed. After our appearance, we could easily get back to the house at night. And for the perfect relaxing conclusion, the breakfast was truly phenomenal. Katrin even gave us a thermos of tea for a sick member and for the trip she grabbed us fruit and homemade muffins. We were speechless with so much openness and care. Thanks Katrin. For everything.

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The cottage is well located for activities in the area, the Eibenstock bathing gardens are not far away, nor the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

The house is very comfortable for 8 people, and it is perfectly consistent with the description on the website. It has been a pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose this accomodation again.

We loved the place, great location right next to the colonnade, clear communication with hosts, parking space and nice, equipped apartment. The only thing that is a very scented living room for our taste. Anyway, we'd love to come back. :-)

Very nice stay at Martin's place. The location is great, and the apartment sparkling clean. Host responds very quickly to all inquires. The apartment and all amenities are in great condition. A good place to spend a weekend or a few days.

Clean and tidy apartment. Had concerns about a parking spot, but they were unfounded. I found a free parking space in the two cross streets every night. On average 50-80 m to the front door. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Thanks to the landlady

We enjoyed out stay at Anna's place in Karlsbad. The apartment was very clean and Anna was friendly and responded quickly. The place is very close to the city center.

Absolutley superb location, timely communication, super-clean and well-appointed place! They were flexible on the check-in time, saved a parking spot for us in their courtyard and came down to meet us at arrival. They provided local recommendations and were very reponsive. Highly recommended.

Do you want to go to farm for a few days and ask yourself the desperate question beforehand: Where should I stay? Where do I go? I can tell you: just go to Tim! Location of the apartment: close to downtown, still quiet, you have your peace and quiet, Amenities great: everything is there, the cleanliness was wonderful. I slept like a rock, beds should always be comfortable. The car is also free, when you go around the corner. Message response came really quickly, Tim was always available for questions. We had a great week at Jana's place. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished, it had everything you needed. We only missed a coffee machine or did not understand that it does not exist, because Jana had actually written everything in great detail in advance, which is available. The kids loved the playroom, and the ski cellar was extremely convenient too. We were there in the off season and the weather was a bit mixed so the place was very extinct. But there's more going on in the season.... Thank you for the great week!
