I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, and my host was super friendly and helpful. I loved the outdoor space for relaxing. I can’t wait to go back for another amazing stay! Highly recommend!

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely perfect! We were in town for a conference and the hotel our company booked was a dump. I was able to book this perfect gem and so glad I did! The home is spotless, has tons of amenities (the back yard is amazing!) and was close to everything we had to attend. Easy access to main roads and TOTALLY quiet at night. Easy to get takeout and groceries delivered and easy for uber drivers to find. The hot water is on point as well! Thanks so much for having us. Highly recommend this lovely home! V

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were here for 1 month in January. Tatyana was always very responsive and considerate. One night the smoke alarms went off for some reason. The fire department was called and they suspected that the system was too old. Tatyana immediately had a handyman come in the next day and replace them all. Anyone’s house may need some minor maintenance from time to time. Tatyana has a regular routine of maintenance that she adheres to strictly. We felt very much at home. The property was clean. The provisions were more than adequate. Thank you Tatyana!

This house was very comfortable and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, multiple smaller cities, and Disney, etc theme parks.

Exactly as described. Exactly as pictured! Really nice place to get away. Loved having laundry on site, multiple beds to accommodate a larger family. Really nice!

7 of us employees stayed in Kissimmee for a trade show that was at the convention center this year. We all had our own private space with bathrooms. It was a very nice place to stay. Each of us were very busy getting ready for the show but had time to enjoy the pool and hot tub at night. I would recommend the house for a work trip or for family vacation anytime.

The entire stay was as pleasant as could be expected. House was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

What can I say. It was everything I expected. During our stay my family who was travelling with me had nothing but nice things to say about the location. We had one minor problem but Monique quickly took care of it without issue.

Jeremy is a great host and this property is a great stay if you are looking to spend time in Orlando. The house is clean and the neighbourhood feels private and safe.

Very comfy home with lots of pillows, places to hang out and much room everywhere. The pool and spa were super nice with a beautiful view. Julie was a super attentive host making sure all was ok.

We had a great stay. The townhouse was clean, well stocked and the resort was perfect for our 8 year old.

My son and I stayed 5 nights at Tavo’s Airbnb and enjoyed our stay very much! The room is exactly as it is listed in the photos and was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. It’s basically set up like a hotel room with a microwave and mini fridge. It was perfect for us. We were basically only there to sleep since we were at the theme parks all day every day. The room was very nice and cozy. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. My son and I slept great every night. The shower was big with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is no tub, but that was not an issue for us at all. Even though the room is part of Tavo’s house, it was always quiet and private. We never saw or spoke to Tavo, but he was proactive with providing easy check in instructions along with pictures showing exactly where the entry door is for the room. It’s very well lit up at night. There is one parking spot on the driveway for guests. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We overall enjoyed our stay here and would recommend William’s place to those who are visiting the area. The place went way above our standards, it was clean open and had enough room for all of us!

I stayed for a short period over the weekend and the process from beginning to end waa seamless. From booking months to advance to checkout Alyssa was always ready to answer my questions or give me reccomendations. The accomodation was clean, exactly as described, and had more amenities than expected. I had a delightful time and my trip was even better knowing my accomodation was stress-free.

Second time saying here and it was amazing. The best place to stay especially if you are going to Universal!
