House vacation rentals in Kissimmee

We enjoyed our stay and loved the place! Getting in and out of the house was especially easy. Would definitely book again if we are ever in the area.

This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

This Airbnb was pretty great, I would definitely Recommend it as a stay. it's very close to all the main attractions that everyone comes to Orlando to see, but also the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet so there is no worries of all the tourists keeping you up at night(if you're a family). Very clean, amazing backyard area with a pool also very photogenic. Genesis and team where very responsive and ensured that we knew of great places to eat, as well as answering any questions on the house rules. Overall great stay

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

Mariela replied to any questions within 10 minutes or less. A spacious home with 4 bathrooms. What really is telling of a good host is how they respond to an issue you are experiencing with your stay. Mariela responded back to us within minutes and continued to communicate with us until the issue was solved with a positive outcome. That to me is a super host!

Everything was great. No issues

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were here for 1 month in January. Tatyana was always very responsive and considerate. One night the smoke alarms went off for some reason. The fire department was called and they suspected that the system was too old. Tatyana immediately had a handyman come in the next day and replace them all. Anyone’s house may need some minor maintenance from time to time. Tatyana has a regular routine of maintenance that she adheres to strictly. We felt very much at home. The property was clean. The provisions were more than adequate. Thank you Tatyana!

Lake Vista Getaway is a beautiful home. It's located in a quiet neighborhood off Hwy 27. It’s conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and more. We were in town for an event at Lake Louisa and the house was very convenient to the park. We also headed into Disney a few times and it was a short 25m drive, so very convenient. The house was fantastic. It was very clean and well maintained. Lots of space for a big group. The outside pool area is very nice and was a fun place for the kids to relax after a long day. It felt like home. Towels, basic paper products and dish cleaning items are supplied. There were good pans for cooking. Just a note to be prepared: it does not have some basic food supplies that some Airbnbs have (spices, salt and pepper, etc). Barnaby is a fantastic host! He was super quick to respond to my questions. Very kind and helpful! He clearly makes sure this home is well taken care of! I would highly recommend this home and Barnaby!

Wonderful trip. I loved everything about it from the quiet to the pool and the wonderful area. A perfect peaceful vacation for me, my daughter, and my 3 month old grandson. I will definitely be back. 5 stars all around

Perfect for our sibling reunion. The house was exactly what we had hoped for. Anne was an excellent communicator from beginning to end.

Great stay. Amanda was informative and always responded quickly to answer questions/concerns. The place is decorated beautifully and gives you that vacation feel. The amenities are second to none, especially if you’re traveling with little ones. There were step stools under the bathroom sinks, plastic bowls and cups and of course that great game room. The kitchen was perfect- three coffee makers, hot water kettle and plenty of kitchen supplies. The spa is clean and well maintained. Each room was well appointed. The kids loved the poofs to sit and watch tv. Beds were on the firm side but I like that. Make sure you gps your plans for the day ahead of time. There was construction on I4 that added maybe 10 minutes to our travel but we planned accordingly and got everywhere we wanted when we wanted. Supermarkets and shops close by. Plenty of TP, soap and supplies. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this is one of the best.

The house is in a great neighborhood. The pool and spa tub are very nice. The home floor plan has plenty of space. Close proximity to parks.

Great Host with a very nicely stocked home. There are plenty of blankets and pillows, fans in bedrooms, well-stocked towels and plenty of kitchen supplies. This is a greqt place to relax and get away. We enjoyed the community pool with bar service and food poolside as well. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jeremy’s house during our Disneyworld vacation. The house was clean, comfortable (the nice backyard with the swimming pool and hot tub made it even better!) and in a great community close to Disney. Highly recommend this place!

Very comfy home with lots of pillows, places to hang out and much room everywhere. The pool and spa were super nice with a beautiful view. Julie was a super attentive host making sure all was ok.

Very close to Universal and lots of places to eat nearby. It was worth staying in Tavo, place for the price and vicinity to Universal Theme parks

Our family of 9 had a fabulous week at Susan’s. The Resort Water Park was a huge hit! Susan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She responded promptly when we had some issues with the pool. Also, when we wanted to extend our stay by a few days she was most accommodating. Other than that we were very pleased with the house and our stay.
