We spent a few wonderful days in Karins and Johann's apartment. Right after checking in via key box, we felt at home. Everything was very clean and in top condition. Nearby are very rural and therefore nice and quiet. Nevertheless, you will be in Regensburg in 10-15 minutes. We would definitely come back if we were to travel again in the Regensburg area.

A really great and clean place where you feel right at home. Everything was beautiful, tastefully furnished. The location is perfect: right on the marketplace so central, but in a parallel alley, which made it pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is not suitable for large meals, but is ideal for coffee and breakfast. The contact with Daniela was excellent – she was very reliable, friendly & likeable. Overall a great stay – highly recommended!

I had a great a time staying at Karin's place. She is responsive and friendly. Location is easily accessible and is located at a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend Karin's place.

Letizia's place was as described, clean, and in a great location! It was within easy walking distance to Altstadt Landshut and 1/2 block from major bus lines and a grocery store. This was particularly valuable for me as I chose not to rent a car. I could get anywhere I wanted with ease. Letizia was extremely responsive and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I would stay here again on my next visit!

Great stay, Very nice contact. Great room with plenty of storage space in closet and comode. Otherwise as described. I didn't expect Smart TV at all. Good wifi and quiet location. Parking in front of the door. 18 mins to the fair So everything is fine. Would definitely come back.

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!
