Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kingston

This was our second time staying here. We were visiting family for Christmas and it was convenient for us. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable! It can get a little cold in the winter, but there are heaters in every room that heat it up quickly. Russell and Mandy were very responsive whenever I messaged them. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips back to the area!

Great little place to stay! Walkable to the town, or a short drive down the hill. Peaceful get away.

Place is exactly as described. Emily was responsive when I reached out. It is cute and cozy there and will likely stay again. My only complaints are the noisy walking above the unit at ungodly hours lol, they’re up making noise at like 4am. And the parking area is kind of far from the unit which sucks at night. Again, neither of those things will keep me from going back, it was perfect for my needs.

We had an amazing stay at Briana’s cozy house! The home was spotless, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the horses and mountains. Briana was a wonderful host—responsive and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this peaceful retreat and would love to visit again!

My family and I enjoyed this home away from home for our Holiday stay. It had everything we needed to make our Christmas 2024 a memorable one. Everything was great. The game room was a plus. The bedrooms were cozy and accommodating. This place has more then enough sleeping spaces. It is also larger then what it look like in the pictures. Brian and Mike was easy to communicate with. Mike made us feel really comfortable with our stay. I definitely recommend!!!

The house is very nice, we had an amazing end of the year at this place. Host was very communicative and attentive, responding very fast and making sure we had everything we need. The location is beautiful, I thought the house would be more private, with no neighbors around, but that was my mistake for not checking google maps satellite view( it’s true even though the next house was 50 m away, we didn’t see nobody. I recommend this place if you are looking for a hose where you can chill and relax.

Angelo is flexible, responsive, helpful, welcoming, and truly cares about making sure you enjoyed your stay… which WE DID!❤️ When we arrived it was late and Christmas lights were twinkling which added a warm and inviting atmosphere! This airbnb was private, incredibly clean, cozy, spacious, and the view of the wolf full moon from the deck overlooking the river was absolutely stunning. The king bed is SUPER comfy. Neighborhood is quiet and really chill. Lots of history in this area. After we arrived I did some research and it was fun to explore along the river and sit on the beautiful homemade swing. I can only imagine how gorgeous this home must be in the summer time. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for having us 😃❤️

Jeremy was incredibly hospitable. He was always available when we had questions or needed help. With six of us, we felt like we all still had our own space. The cabin is very exciting with interesting collections and knickknacks. We enjoyed ourselves finding all the different things Jeremey and Leeds has collected and displayed around the cabin. With all the fall foliage, we enjoyed how close the house was to several state parks and good hikes. While the neighborhood was very private and peaceful, we were also close to the town of Poconos. It was easy to get to several restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, it was still warm enough to get out onto the lake and kayak around. We definitely would recommend this as a great autumn getaway!

Overall, the house served us well and we had a great stay! There was plenty of space for 2 families with young kids, and the backyard was perfect for playing in the snow. They even had a high chair and pack n play available for use. The hosts were super responsive and even let us check in an hour early. Check out instructions were also very simple. The only things to note are that we had to bring our own oil for cooking, dish soap for hand washing dishes, and toiletries. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind when packing. The upstairs also felt a lot warmer than the downstairs. More of a consideration for kiddos if they use sleep sacks.

Amazing host, very responsive and considerate. Host had a helpful binder of things to do and restaurants to visit. Beautifully peaceful, and private home. Clean and exactly like the pictures show. Definitely recommend using if visiting the area.

Very nice comfortable, cozy home for a family, the fireplace was a nice touch! The owners were extremely responsive. Similar to a hotel, many toiletries were extended, which was very nice, and unexpected. It was perfect for our ski weekend get away.

We were in town for a family wedding and Rebecca’s home was perfect for our group of six. Beautiful, charming home…super well equipped. Rebecca has thought of everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Location is very convenient to downtown area but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Thanks again for a great stay!

Can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his place. Perfect location for what my family needed - including easy access to Big Boulder for skiing and walkability to a great local restaurant. Beautiful unit that matched the listing photos and expectations. Jonathan is an extremely responsive and thoughtful host and we cannot wait to rent from him again!

Jackie's condo is spacious and welcoming. Beautiful lakefront property, minutes from Big Boulder. Close to all the local restaurants. Layout is larger than it appears on the listing. Felt right at home!

Amazing!! The view it has is so beautiful. Rebeca was very nice and would answer fast. She even let us leave later than the regular check out. Cozy, clean and beautiful apartment!

The Lakeview retreat was just that- a retreat! Very clean, easy to check in, friendly and responsive hosts. Even a little coffee station which was so kind and thoughtful! Two minutes from the mountain and so very lovely! We hope rk be back!

We stayed here for a few nights between Christmas and New Year's Day. Our young family of five enjoyed the clean, comfortable house with great views, along with skiing for all at Big Boulder, only a couple minute's drive away. We would love to come back next year!

As we are no strangers to the Poconos....Joanne's place was the best fit for our family thus far! Her place was super clean, nicely appointed decor and her added touches such as coffee just added to the pleasure. The proximity of her place to the pool is very close and an easy walk to the beach/boating/tennis courts as well. We look forward to staying again in the future :) Leanne

A comfortable and well decorated cabin minutes away from Jack Frost, perfect for a weekend winter getaway. Rooms and beds were comfortable, shower is spacious. One bedroom has an en-suite half bath, the other has a separate door to the shared full bath. Easy to find and Scott was very helpful providing lots of details and clear instructions.
