The Elizabeth House is a great place to stay in Hobart CBD. Much better than hotels in a way that it makes you feel like a local living in a home full of character. The house is half of the experience of our first Hobart trip. There are squeaks and some music can be heard from neighbours but nothing loud enough to keep you awake at night. The house itself is so spacious — more than expected. Clean and the bed very comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we ate out during our stay, and didnt get to use it other than the fridge. Cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay here. It proximity to all things Hobart is second to none. the place is well fitted out and spacious for a big family. we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Jo and Felicity have created a great little space at Kingston Beach, perfect for couples and small families of 3 to base themselves while exploring the area. It’s well appointed, clean and located on the water which has a great chill type of vibe. The noise from local cafes wasn’t intrusive and added to the overall atmosphere of beachfront accommodation. Plenty of choice for coffee (although Eb&Flo directly underneath was my favorite) and 2 minutes drive from a local shopping centre if you need anything else. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Tasmania.

Lovely place only built in 2023 so brand new and very well laid out. Had every amenity and all facilities. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent air conditioning with control for that in each room. Great surrounding area with excellent bars, cafés and restaurants, and only a short walk into Hobart to all the attractions. Excellent secure underground car parking. Responsive lovely host. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Wayne and Justina’s place. Perfect for a couple or couple plus one child. The view is fantastic from literally every room. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts. The neighborhood is quite hilly so be aware of that but that’s why there’s such great views. And, it’s centrally located so each to get to CBD and other areas we were interested in. Highly recommend!

The house is so thoughtfully prepared for guests. Visually appealing, comfortable throughout, spacious and very pleasant and peaceful. An excellent place to stay. Lovely garden also. See how many fossils you can spot in the rocks in the landscaping. Fabulous to sit outside and enjoy the serenity of the water and mountains in the distance and the ever changing vista.

The interior is spacious and feels rich and inviting, thanks to the thoughtfully curated artworks. The choice of home appliances enhances the experience, making cooking and enjoying snacks at home feel premium. We had a fantastic time staying here. There is ample parking space on the side of the street and in front of the garage. The neighborhood is very convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants accessible within a 5-minute drive. Jay is also highly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to other guests.

Mary’s house was amazing.. It was super clean, and she actually takes care of the house everyday, trying to make it nice and tidy. Literally, if you rub the surface of the wardrobe, you won’t find a thing on your finger. House is very pretty, antique in design and the huge wide windows let the sun inside very nicely and warm. The house is located slightly on the uphills, so it might be hard to reach the house with heavy luggage, but grabbing an Uber only takes 5mins from the city. Overall, I highly recommend this house to travellers visiting Hobart. Loved it!!!

We enjoyed the place as our own, the place made our holiday more memorable. The location and view from the house is extraordinary. Such a perfect place for a family holiday.

Sometimes when a property is described as beachfront it's slightly misleading but not in this case. The property is located down the quieter end of the beach and you literally walk over the road and take a little path of ten steps to the water. We were here on a hot day, also a public holiday and encountered only a scattering of people on the beach. The water was crystal clear and with trees dotted around there is shade for everyone which is such a bonus. Our teenagers made full use of all the fabulous equipment on offer and spent endless hours in the water. The fact that you only have to carry the kayaks and paddle boards over the road makes it so much more user friendly. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. There is wonderful, comfortable furniture everywhere to sit and relax and just enjoy the space. Sitting out on the front deck looking out to the water is quite magical. Love, love this place and can't wait to come again.

Excellent house and excellent stay, with family of 6. It was everything we needed and close to everything, we had a vehicle to get around Hobart which helped. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again if we were in Hobart.

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

Amazing place. I strongly recommend this place. It is right opposite to the beach. Many restaurants in walkable distance. All shops and amenities are also near by. Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Ellie and Andrew were easy to communicate with and their place was modern, super- clean, and included all the amenities and plenty of extras to make our stay very comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Brian was a great host with clear instructions. He was friendly and gave a welcome gift - a large fresh abalone which he personally dive caught! The house is clean and clutter free. The plants were also lovely and added to the character of the house. Location is good - near to Hobart city and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend. :)

Loved all the interesting items in the home easy to relax just needed the time to stay a couple of more nights
