We had a beautiful stay here 😊 lovely, peaceful surroundings and just what we wanted for a last minute getaway. The hut was slightly difficult to find in the dark but what a stunning place it is! Would definitely recommend this place to all 😁

A wonderful glamping/country farm site. We stayed in the Norfolk shepherds hut and it was perfect - spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. A well thought-out brochure to download onto your phone with all the information you could need for your stay. Complimentary fresh free range eggs! Just perfect.

Unique Shepherds hut close to Broads National Park

SonyaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

Enchanted Woodland Glamping Cabin King Nutkin

Lovely place. Loved walking through the pines in the morning. Is a bit noisy with the A road and RAF Marham, but it is in Norfolk and not the Highlands, and was peaceful in morning and evening.

Unique Shepherd's Hut

AnthonyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was perfect and very well designed. Lovely surroundings, was really nice having breakfast looking out to the meadow and seeing Iggy the horse, the goats and the chickens. Claire bought us a homemade loaf on arrival which was really nice. The log burner also gets really hot which was a good thing as my partner really feels the cold. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again next time I venture this way.

We had a beautiful stay 2 children 2 & 5 and 2 dogs! Was a beautiful weekend very peaceful and some lovely memories made! Only downside, the dogs had to stay on the lead as it’s not closed off our one dog is good at listening and will happily stay around us the other likes to run and run and he ran straight for the main road a few times

Self contained Shepherds Hut

DarrenRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We read alot of reviews before choosing where to stay, and the reviews on this Shepards hut was lovely and amazing, and upon arrival did not disappoint, Clear instructions, clean, tidy, cosy, everything as described in listing and on reviews. A fresh loaf of bread, butter and jam in a basket and milk in the fridge ready for us, which was so so lovely, The bed was sooooo comfy had the best night sleep in along time, probably because I didn't get woken up by a child but never the less. Such a cosy place. Pull out tv, uno cards in cupboard behind the bed with a tour guide book, Nothing was an issue and we met Natalie she is lovely and friendly. I highly recommend this Shepards Hut. Lovely stream from the sitting area out the main doors 10/10 would deffo use and go again. Thank you Natalie for making our stay perfect and cosy and relaxing.

The Scrumpy Shepherd, Brandeston

MarcRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Beautiful location, unbelievably quiet, beautiful scenery. Followed the instructions to the hut which are spot on, definitely a wow from us when we went inside. Log burner available if it’s chilly at night. Decor is Pristine, lovey little touches here and there. Couldn’t fault anything lovey and clean, nice comfy bed and bedding, with little extras on arrival to enjoy on the fire pit outside. 😊 Would highly recommend if you need to get away from noise and the hustle and bustle of city life, it is so so quiet. Lovely little pub round the corner if you enjoy walking, nice food pleasant staff. Only thing I would say is bit difficult to get the fire pit or log burner started with no paper. Kindling and logs available though.

Shepherds Hut Suffolk, Vintage, Romantic Glamping

ElliRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Jonny and Jackie were very friendly hosts, who checked on us but also gave up space and privacy. The cabin is very unusual and it was really cool that it was all made from reclaimed materials (even the insulation!). There isn't a shower anymore but the outside loo is useful at night and the bathroom in the house is very nice. The garden is also lovely and if the weather's good you have plenty of space, and it's a great place to sit and relax. We had everything we needed. The cabin is very small as expected but cosy and comfortable and the outside cooking area is well-equipped (although only one person can cook at a time because it's little). If you're staying here as two people it would suit a couple or someone else you know very well who you're happy to be in close proximity with!

Fully equipped, comfortable, warm Shepherds Hut.

KatieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
I have just come back from a stay in the middle of December. It was the perfect little cosy winter escape. Debbie has equipped the Shepherds Hut with everything you could possibly need for frosty winter nights. From the log burner, to an electric heater, hot water bottles and plenty of blankets. I wasn't once cold throughout my stay. The hut is decorated beautifully and is spotlessly clean. Debbie also makes her own handmade soap, which smells incredible and you get as a little take away at the end of the stay. With electricity, hot running water and wifi, you get the escapism of a cabin but with all the home comforts. It's in an incredibly peaceful location, with beautiful walks on the doorstep and a beach or historic market town only 15/20min drive away. There are also a few National Trust properties nearby. This is the perfect little escape for couples or a lone traveler like myself. I had the best few nights sleep I've had in a long time! :-)

Charming Shepherds Hut & Firepit. Hethel, Norfolk.

AdamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A quaint and quiet location, easy to drive to and very enjoyable to stay in. Perfect for a getaway for relaxation. The only downside is that the local restaurants aren't really walkable but other than that, the owls rest was a perfect retreat from work that was very needed.

Absolutely amazing - just what we were looking for! Stephen was the perfect host, very friendly and attentive. The hut was very clean and had everything we needed for a clean and cozy escape for the weekend. Bed was very comfy, the shower lovely and hot and the pub (with amazing food!) was 20 steps away! What more could you want?!

Retreat in nature: North Norfolk Shepherd's Hut

NadineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was the third time we stayed at Brushwood Nook and as before we felt right at home straight away. It’s a gorgeous gem of a place in the middle of a beautiful field in Norfolk but with all mod cons. A delightful little tardis that miraculously manages to comfortably fit all four of us. It’s become our annual winter mini-retreat to beat the January Blues with Norfolk blue skies and vitamin sea. Natasha and Sean are lovely hosts who are very attentive and yet considerate. PS: This time we also discovered Bread of Haven in Ridlington and pre-ordered two delicious freshly baked loaves of bread for Saturday morning - that was breakfast sorted for both days. Highly recommend!

Riverside Shepherd's Hut

SamuelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a lovely 1-night stay at the Shepherd’s Hut! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome – Hayley and Ian met us at the road and showed us into the hut, which is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. Every little detail had been considered – tea, coffee, milk in the fridge, biscuits, and even a basket of goodies for our dog Buddy, which was such a lovely touch! The hut itself has everything you could possibly need – a hot water shower, electric and heating (which made it super cosy), and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, two-ring hob, and all the essentials if you want to cook (we didn’t, but it was great to have the option!). Hayley and Ian really went above and beyond in terms of hosting they offered us to visit their old watermill, advised us on some dog friendly walking routes and they even kindly offered to book us a table at the local pub – we took them up on it and had a fab meal. We were visiting family in the area, and this little gem
